Mack Grubbs is the only Hyundai dealership near me. However even if there were others I do not believe I would take my Tucson elsewhere. I always receive prompt professional service there and I really appreciate that they do not try to sell me on unnecessary service items. more

Clean and neat dealership, but not impressed with the service dept. 9/13/2014

The dealership is nice and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. I was not that impressed with the service. After my car was supposed to be ready they asked for my keys back because someone had added something to my car by mistake. ??? I was not able to get everything taken care of because they couldn't look up my extended warranty information. more

ABOVE AND BEYOND 6/25/2014

Tommie and the staff in the maintenance department went above and beyond their responsibilities to assist me in getting my vehicle repaired. They made me feel that their priority was my safety and comfort while riding. They were extremely responsive to my needs and put me back in my vehicle, in a relatively short period of time. This day forward, they are my service center of choice for my Hyundai Sonata. They were awesome. more
