Been at least 15 years since I started using Mack Alger Firestone and Bill and the boys are still batting 1000 !! Car repairs are never much fun but at MAF you might come in with ...

Love this place and but after being told my brakes are fine, I'm still having to buy pads and now possibly rotors for both the front and back and of course my bill from them. This...

Just an oil change & rotation. Always like how they keep an eye on the general health of the car, it needed front pads and they got changed before it got more expensive. Rock star service!!! more

Problem Solved 12/4/2015

My Rough running 1999 Chevy Astro Van is now repaired. The problem was explained to me in plain English and made total sense. The repairs were completed very quickly and I am very pleased with the results. more

Honest repair 11/28/2015

I had my car inspected for a coolant leak. It was very small leàk and in a difficult and expensive place to repair. They recommended a coolant sealant instead of the full repair at this time. This is a 9 year old car that my son uses to go back and forth to college so I don't really want to spend more money than necessary to keep it going as he has accepted as great paying job after graduation. The vehicle inspection revealed it it needed a front brake job so I had that done instead. The CAR has 150,000 miles on so I expect to do the usual maintance. I think it is still a better deal than replacing the vehicle. more

I have been taking my car to Mack Alger Firestone for many years. They provide excellent service to my 13 year old car. They are polite, very helpful and prompt with their work. Their prices are reasonable and I have recommended them to many people. more

Quick turnaround on fixing my starter. Wasn't sure the diagnostic fee was totally necessary since we were fairly sure of the problem. But your diagnostic fees are reasonable, so I am satisfied. more

They know what my car needs! 11/18/2015

In addition to getting the email reminders that my one of my families cars is due for an oil change and easily being able to look up the record of any of them on their website, it was great to know they are looking out for my interests. When I took my car in for an oil change yesterday, as soon as they pulled it up, they let me know it was due for a tire rotation as well by the history they pulled up. This wasn't an upsell as I always get my tire warranty with them. Under my tire warranty it is an included service that actually cost them to perform, not me. Great service from these friendly and trustworthy guys as always! more

Prompt, pleasant service people 11/17/2015

It is always a pleasure to bring my car to Mack-Alger Firestone. The people at the service desk are pleasant and very helpful. I always choose to wait while the work is done and my wait time isn't excessive. I'm told if work I wasn't aware of needs done so that I have a choice about taking care of it then or later. On my last visit for an oil change Steve saw that the job was taken care of in a timely manner. more
