Been at least 15 years since I started using Mack Alger Firestone and Bill and the boys are still batting 1000 !! Car repairs are never much fun but at MAF you might come in with ...

Love this place and but after being told my brakes are fine, I'm still having to buy pads and now possibly rotors for both the front and back and of course my bill from them. This...

Love this place and but after being told my brakes are fine, I'm still having to buy pads and now possibly rotors for both the front and back and of course my bill from them. This was the 1st time I pretty much felt dismissed as a customer. Bums me out as I've always had great experiences from them. I did get my emergency brake system fixed. An oil change. An A/C charge but not a fix. Bummer this time around. 2 visits, 3 days later and It was a holiday weekend the 2nd time and I appreciate them getting me in ASAP the 1st time so I'm swayed if I'll return. I guess we all have good and bad days more

My dad started coming here was I was just a kid (64 now ) would take only his car here...and I've carried on that tradition. M-A Firestone has always given excellent service, both front & back of the house. Most of all I trust them completely. Once our car broke down outside of Cleveland and we had it towed here instead if taking our chances. Need I say more? more

Service desk personnel 7/12/2016

From being greeted on entering to follow-up on the problem to repairing the problem, Steve made me feel as though he cared. And because I had to leave my car he offered me a ride home which was greatly appreciated. Pat called before closing time to let me know my car was ready and I was thankful that I didn't have to leave it overnight. My Camry is running fine and I am thankful to be 'back on the road again'. Thanks to all who made this possible with little stress to me. more

New tire 5/16/2016

Needed new tire, Do to large a nail. wasn't going to go someplace else didn't have the time and didn't want to risk my tire going flat so I went where it was closest they quoted me several prices and what are you going to do, the tire was close to the tirea in my car I had. So I got it done. All is good. put it on right away. would go again. more
