Yeah, I have had bad and good experiences there with the customer service. To their credit it has been pretty busy everytime I go in there, which is usually on Saturday mornings. I will say that their prices have dropped and they're now better than Personal Defense which use to be the best place within 100 miles. more

No explanations on the gun very rude and they seemed to be pretty pissed off that I wanted to buy from them. Guess what I will never buy anything from that store ever again. more

I have dealt with Mace for a number of years now. They have one of the best inventories of any store I have seen. Mace carries only the best quality equipment for the outdoors. Their prices are the same or better than some of the larger box stores., but with better customer service! I have always found everything i need be it archery, firearms or fishing!. I have always found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They are not pushy when it comes to sales, and are willing to answer any questions a customer has. They really seem to want to help the customer find the right firearm,bow, or outdoor equipment. I would recommend them to anyone!! more

I've Been Doing Business Here for a Long Time 4/4/2011

I have purchased a lot of guns and accessories from Mace Sports over the years and I have never had anything but excellent service. They have gone the extra mile to help me on several occasions. I don't usually write reviews but I can't sit by and see folks that can rate a high quality business like this one anything but the best. Keep up the good work guys. Thanks, George more

buyer beware! no return policy 11/11/2009

Bought a 300.00 deer stand, assumed it was a good product because it was one of the more expensive climbers. Tried it out, hated it, terrible design. Tried to return it the next day. Was refused. I explained that I would accept a store credit or even a partial credit. Was refused. If I had bought this stand from Dicks, Gander Mountain, or even on-line I could have returned it, no problem. Learned my lesson the hard way, letting you know so you dont have to. Cons: no return policy/ no exceptions more
