I have been going to Mace Bros since I was a young girl with my parents and now I bring my own kids there. I got all of my furniture there 10 years ago and it still looks like new. I recommend Mace Bros to everybody who's looking for furniture. The salespeople stayed with me the whole time and really took my ideas into consideration. It was very helpful, and being an older woman, I really enjoyed the personal attention! more

Do not make the same mistake as I did going to Mace Brothers 5/2/2011

As a was finding a number for Mace Brothers I saw all of these reviews and please believe me when I say the negative ones are COMPLETELY TRUE. this store is not good at all. Bad customer service, they never call me back . I have a a problem with my recliner chair that I bought 5 months ago and now it is starting to not work! can not get a hold of anyone. No one calls me back for over a month. I thought at first it was a joke but now I see that this store is just a place to never buy furniture from. more

REALLY BAD!!! 2/10/2009

I was so disgusted with the owner and her rude attitude. Stay awa, run from this place. They did nothing to rectify the situation I had and I have never ever seen such a rude person in my life Diane. Pros: awful Cons: awful more

The daughter took over the business and the business went down the toilet. 10/6/2008

Worst service, rude owner!!!! I ordered furniture that was brought damaged and I had to pay for delivery. I was not allowed back my money for a refund. After waiting 5 weeks - I had to wait another 7 weeks for my furniture. more
