Great Ford Dealer 3/29/2012

Found a great price on a 2012 Ford Focus on their website as an online special, called ahead in morning to make sure the car was still available, talked to Sivia, very helpful. On arriving late afternoon discovered the car was being test driven and in process of being sold but found another one with exact same options and more attractive color and was given the same quoted price. Worked with David Ward from test drive to closing, very efficient salesman and knowledgeable about the car, would highly recommend him. Worked with Michael in finance, very easy to deal with and treated me with respect. Overall a very positive experience, would buy from them again. Pros: null Cons: null more

Great Customer Service 3/29/2012

What a great experience. David Ward was my salesperson, and even though he had another customer he continued to make sure I was taken care of. The store was closing and he, the sales manager and the financing manager stayed late to make sure the deal was done and done correctly. Now that I own the truck, whenever I take it in for routine service David and other gentlemen I know always comes out and talk to me. Rock Solid Service..if you like personable and honest people 11/3/2011

I normally shy away from mechanics and car maintnenance like most people...simply for the fact that I am not an expert in that field and can be taken advantage of. Jason Norman changed that perception for me with his openess towards me on work that needs to be done on any of my three vehicles. He takes the time to ensure that I am both clear and comfortable with decisions that need to be made....small or large ones. He is an invaluable asset to the dealership and now I just actually purchased a car their two days ago.... all thanks to the personal attention and honestly displayed by Jason. GREAT SERVICE 10/12/2011

I have a 2009 Escape and had transmission problem. I just want to say how well the service and personal courtesy I received from service technician Bret Dehm. I have had several new cars and had them all serviced at different dealers but this is the first time I had ever received a call to follow up on the serviced received. Every time I go in, he address me on a personal basic and never forgot my name. His attention to detail and explanation has really been helpful in me understanding the problems. I am truly impressed with his customer service. After being retired from the military and a Jr. College, and dealing with thousand of people, I rate Bret as truly number one in my book. Mac Haik Ford should be proud to have him and other people like Bret working at this dealership more

I bought a Honda Accord from Pablo onSaturday morning. I have been working with him all week long over the phone and while other dealers and salesmen would try to make me come in first,Pablo went out of his way to make my purchase as stressfree and easy as he could...I must say he did a hell of a job.... Get Your Next Car Here 7/28/2011

We needed a third car so that the 3 drivers in our house did not have to share 2 cars. It had to accomodate my mom's bulky walker. I went to Mac Haik hoping they could help us find an affordable solution. Helen helped us every step of the way. When she was not there, she had James Curvin from the new car department assist us, so we always had a contact. Helen and I tried putting mom's walker in half a dozen trunks. Then we drove the favorite, and she made it happen. Because of my schedule, the whole process took a few days, but Helen was constantly in touch by phone and email. Thank you, Helen, James, and Mac Haik Ford Lincoln for getting us into our great new car. more

Worth the trip to Georgetown. 7/9/2011

I recently purchase a 2011 F-150 from Mac Haik in Georgetown Tx., which I first start the process with an on line search and credit approval, which I was then contacted by a Mr. Ted Li who ended up being an excellent salesmen and a gentleman above approach. I am a customer who has had many bad experiences with dealerships dating back many years starting with days when I was a young military man. Because of this, I try to prepare myself about the product I am about to buy and I have a habit of being very combative when I first arrive at any dealership. Great Dealership!!! 3/30/2011

I bought a truck for the second time from Mac Haik Ford and will continue to do so. Every experience has been a good one. I was working out of the country and custom ordered a F-250 from the factory through Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown. With the help of salesman David Ward it was a breeze. All the paperwork was overnighted to me with step by step instructions on what needed to be filled out. I'm back in Texas now and loving my new truck! Also they have an excellent service department. I've been going to service advisor Julie Nichols for a couple of years now. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Doing business with Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown has always been a great experience. more

I was so impressed with the honesty of the management of the Mac Haik service dept.in Georgetown. We had a repair problem with our Fusion and instead of cheating us and charging us to repair it they pointed out that Firestone had not done their previous repairs properly and helped us get the auto repaired proeprly at no additional cost to us. They made the calls and handled the issue for us. That was exemplary service on the part of Mac Haik. I have never received that caliber of service before. Mac Haik will get all of my repair and new car business from now on. They are honest and competent. more

Great service department!! 2/10/2011

Service Advisor, Brett Dehm started helping me out several months ago with the service for my Lincoln MKX after my previous service advisor moved to another dealership. Brett is a great guy and banters with me, which I enjoy. He is a fun guy to work with and I appreciate the extra attention he gives to see my vehicle is serviced. It is especially important to me as a social worker, making home visits to clients, to have my vehicle running properly. The whole service department has been great to work with for the nearly 4 years I have owned my Lincoln. Brett even makes sure it gets washed when serviced. more

World Class Service 2/10/2011

I began using Mac Haik last year for all of my maintenance and repair of my 2008 F350. I could not be more than pleased with the service and flexibility that i have encountered with more than a dozen visits. I just made a large purchase for new tires, and after checking internet pricing and other tires vendors, Mac Haik actually had the best out the door price!!!!
