These guys rock! They have helped me in so many ways- upgrading my iMac and recovering lost images on an external... they go above and beyond! Their prices rock!

Worst

First they couldn't fix my Mac, then they tried to buy it from me for peanuts, then they tried to sell me one, then still charged me over $70 for the time they spent confused abou...

Fixed my MacBook - but not without a few hiccups 7/21/2014

I went to the Mac Guys on a recommendation from a friend. I had a similar unfriendly customer service experience as one of the other reviewers on here. However, they were able to fix my MacBook Pro and it seems to be working even better than new..so I guess I can't complain too much. more

The Mac Guys is a great place to shop for Mac computer and repair place. I own a Mac myself and the last time it gives me trouble, I took it to The Mac Guys. They fix it for my within hours. The work is super and they are an authorized Mac Dealer and Repair service. If you have a problem with your Mac, bring it here! more
