Very bad experience. Maaco in Tucker, Georgia (6050 Lawrenceville Hwy) began working on my Chevy Corvette in February of 2011. As of today January 2012, my car has yet to be completely repaired. Returned car 8 times to correct repairs that were done incorrectly. To save money I purchased parts myself and brought them to them, only to find out that the parts purchased were not installed on my car nor did they have any Idea where the parts were. Repairs were done to the front bumper, hood, driver side door, head & park lamps. My hood ""bobbles"" at 60+ mph, only one park lamp works, my headlight squills when on switch is activated, several bubbles & peeling on the repainted hood door and fender, and there was a new scratch on the rear of the car when picked up. Aftermarket front bumper was purchased new but they could not install. When bumper was returned, there was damage to bumper that prevented me from being able to re-sell the $500 bumper purchased. Call Maaco customer service at least 7times. I was assigned a case worker who told me she would get in touch with owner to resolve problem. 5 months and several phone calls later, I have not heard back from the case worker nor owner although I've left several messages. I currently filing a civil suit against Maaco Tucker, Georgia to bring my classic Chevy Corvette back to its original condition. My advice, choose another bodyshop.
