Car: 2003 Mitshubishi Eclipse GS:\r Paint Job: Most expensive Maaco offers\r \r This was the worst paint job ever. They completely messed up the roof and never took off the front license plate to paint the entire bumper and they painted over the chrome on my back bumper. The owner Trevor Parker refused to fix the front bumper. Let me repeat. He claims it was my responsibility to take off the front vanity plate holder and he only paints around it. What BS is this. \r \r THIS NEXT PART IS VERY IMPORTANT:\r Corporate Maaco can not do anything to help because this Trevor Parker is an independent shop. They ONLY can mediate.\r \r So you ask what was the outcome to this?\r \r This is now pending a Small claims court action. I will post a seperate response af the end of the court case.\r \r Morale of the Story:\r I would never ever ever take my car again to the Maaco on berry avenue in Jacksonville. more

My girlfriends Mitsubishi Diamante went in for repair and a full respray after an accident. The repair was reasonable (not fantastic), however the black paint job was just pathetic. I'm no expert on paint, but even I could see it was like orange peel on the doors, drips on the rear bumper & mirrors, and just totally matt on the rear and nearside quarter. A five year old could have done better. We have got a professional opinion which was just a massive list of faults and we are going back. I just would not recommend this company to touch your car - ours looked better straight after the accident! more

I spoke to the Manager of this location and received an estimate to perform body work & paint my car. I was told I could bring my car in on a Friday and would have it back the following Monday (I did not want to have to rent a car & was going to take 2 days vacation to have this done) When I took it in, I was told I would NOT have it back Monday and that it would take a week to get it back! When I asked to speak to the Manager again, he suddenly was not available. I was furious to have wasted my time and a vacation day on them. more
