I never hesitate to give the crew at MM a call and make arrangements after an accident or when I need some paint work done from rock chips, and every time my car has come back looking perfect. The crew takes perfect care of my cars and updates me with timelines and photos when requested. Everyone is friendly, the products used are top of the line, and everything is always done perfect. more

Exceptional experience. 3/19/2012

M & M Auto has done exceptional work for me. They have worked on my European vehicle as well as other vehicles. They have done amazing work ranging from both minor to major projects. In my opinion, my vehicles came out of the shop in a better condition than it being new. They were also extremely professional and I was truly amazed by their wonderful communication with their customers. They are one of the few companies that communicates with their customers throughout the whole process. I was very satisfied. more

Excellent service. 3/7/2012

I used M & M Auto because my truck was damaged. We got estimates and they came in to bid. They then called us to schedule an appointment and kept us informed. They even had a loaner vehicle so that we didn't need to get a rental. They were very friendly and professional. more

very bad experience with this company they towed my car and second day when i got it from there i had no sunroof, the staff told me to go back on monday or just give them a call to clarify the problem, so when i called manger been very rude and mean saying thats they wont deal with me i said my sunroof was set in summer position so a little open so he said they dont care because isn't like in factory,( when sunroof is an original item) please be careful dealing with them because at this case they are dealing with people, with public but only thing they care is them self. more

Great Company Great Work 3/31/2010

When I had to use them for an auto insurance related matter, I was nervous. Their communication was top notch from day one and my truck looked as good as new. There were a few things that popped up here and there and they were great with my drop ins and checking things out. I was so pleased with how my children and I were treated that I scheduled a detailing and some additional fix-its. They left me with a loaner, that I had not anticipated and was a blessing since I have 2 small children. Kyle and Lori and the rest of the M&M gang - YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST! Pros: friendly, competitive, individualized, respectful Cons: location might bother some, but not me more
