MINI of Ontario Service and Parts

I just bought my Mini Cooper here about a month ago and it had to be my fastest and most painless car buying experience. I worked with Stormy who showed me some of the cars on the lot and took me for a very fun test drive. I loved driving the Mini, but the perfect car just wasn't on the lot. I specified what I was looking for - color, extras, all the details - and he told me that he would find a car for me. I got a call the next day that he found the perfect car at another dealership and he could have it brought in. A few days later, I came in to sign the papers and take my new baby home. It was exactly as promised, down to the stripes. I was so excited! Total time spent at the dealership was probably just over an hour in 2 visits. You really can't beat that. Like I said, painless! If you're looking to buy a Mini I would highly recommend driving out to Mini of Ontario for great service and selection. more

love the lounge area for wating clients.The dog in the dealership is just heartwarming for the dog lovers,he is so mellow.I should have brought my dog,they would have gotten along alot.The owner believed in his product and ran such a professional dealership like no other.The dealerships in Vegas just suck butt out here.I have dealt w/ a Chrysler and the Mini dealer out here and the Ontario Dealer blows them out of the water by far!!! I loved the way the dealership was decorared.They had everything in the store for the car u wanted.I bought a bunch of stuff for them and Brian gave me a discount on some things from the store.I have no complaints about Mini of Ontario...they were awesome.I should have been shopping BMW products sooner... more

I come and stalk the Minis because that’s the biggest goal in my life right now, and even though a purchase is in the near future, the staff there always very nice. It seems this dealership really works hard to make it not just a dealership but a club of people sharing interests. They also are really cool in planning events that are fun and keep up the Mini lifestyle. I bet it’s a great place to work too more

Mini of Ontario gave me a wonderful buying experience. I ordered my 2011 Mini Cooper S in early September and just got it today! (10/16/10) The time from ordering to picking up was much quicker than I had previously anticipated and my salesman Brian Jenks, was wonderful throughout the entire experience. I purchased my second Mini from MOO, and the experience was the polar opposite of the purchase experience I had with the first Mini dealer I was subjected to. MOO has assembled a fantastic sales staff (not to mention service...) that allow you feel at ease with no purchase pressure.
