MD360 Convenient Care

I am shocked at the experiences of these writers. My family and I have had good experiences at 360 MD on Scuffletown Rd. Simpsonville. Four members of my family have been treated for various illnesses from very serious to simple allergies. Each time we were treated quickly, professionally, and diagnosed accurately. We got follow up calls on two occasions. \r I could not asked for better care! I'm sorry these folks had such poor care. more

Ugh, only horrible experience I've ever had with a doctor was at this location. I would not go back until I knew they had a pediatrician on staff at all times. We've had multiple weekend visits where my children were either misdiagnosed or traumatized because of the physicians there. One visit was so traumatizing that it took my son over a year before he was normal in any other similar setting, such as the dentist or even getting his hair cut. He always referred back to ""the doctor that hurt him."" more

Have been seen there twice in the past week and do not agree with the other opinions written about this office. Everybody was extrem friendly and professional. Would recommand them anytime !!! more

GHS has largest physician network in the area but their quality sucks, especially at GHS360. The doctors are rude and inexperienced. They charge for the price of an office visit but they barely do an exam. The goal is run up the bill with needless tests and write a script for antibiotics and your done. I will never go back. I would much rather go to millennium urgent care or doctors express than anything GHS related. more

On Thursday night/Friday morning (0400) I called MD 360 expecting to get an answering machine with the hours of service. To my surprise my call was forwarded to an answering service. I asked if they would be opening as regulary scheduled at 0600 on Friday morning and the operator assured me that they would. This was Friday 1/14 and we had icy weather earlier in the week so I wanted to confirm. Believing the answering service I drove 30 minutes out of my way after working a 12 hour night shift, to find that MD360 was not opening until 10AM! Why didn't the answering service know this?? And more importantly why weren't they open normal business hours. They are part of the hospital system which operates on normal hours during bad weather! The answering service should have accurate information. I will continue to use Doctors Care as I have in the past. more

Went to have my toddler treated for a cut to her head. The doctor there recommended gluing it closed instead of stitches for less trauma. She then proceeded to fill the wound with glue, gluing it open instead of gluing it closed. We immediately took her to see her own physician who referred us to a plastic surgeon who both agreed the doctor did a terrible job. I called MD360 to tell them about our complaint and the doctor claimed the glue consistency wasn't very good and that all doctors have different opinions about the quality of care. Very frustrating that my daughter now has a scar on her face that is worse because of a doctor's treatment. After hearing several other stories of incompetence from people who have been, I will never return to their practice and advise others to stay away. more
