MBF Leasing LLC

i was a little unhappy with my previous pos company and started shopping for another one. i interviewed several companies, probably 5 or 6. this industry is so confusing and numbers can be manipulated in so many ways. when the sales rep stopped by my office and went over the numbers i felt comfortable with his information. ( i had spent hours trying to figure out how others were manipulating their #'s, but couldn't find a way that they were). i was promised a decrease in fees of about 15 to 20% and a faster terminal. i have had my lease now for about 4 months and congratulations to me, my fees have increased by about 40%. (they actually haven't sent me any information on their fees to verify how they manipulated their #'s). customer service is horrible. I was disconnected after several attempts to contact them. the short of this review is that this company does not stand behind their word . I know that sometimes reviews like this seem like they come from uneducated people going off on an otherwise decent company, however i consider myself very educated with a very easy going and understanding personality. DONT LEASE ANY EQUIPMENT FROM THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE INDEPEND SALE REPS THAT WORK DIRECTLY WITH THEM TO MAKE THIS SCAM WORK. THEY WILL ALTER DOCUMENTATION, LIE, AND STEAL FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, AND TELL THAT ITS LEGAL. THIS COMPANY TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN WHAT THEY DOING. SO BE VERY CAREFUL IN HOW YOU COMMUNICATE WITH THEM. I already paid this comp for 2 leases for machines not using @all. Have all my copies of payments @ still getting bills for a lease that terminated in feb 2010. tried calling & last was speaking to a supervisor who basically hung up on me while I was explaining my case. Have another 2 lease that making monthly payments and don't even have the machines anymore> need help to get out of this more
