Man oh man 8/19/2014

Man oh man, my goodness what a difference the paint job made, looks like a whole different truck, we are so pleased, and believe me I am not easy to please. The staff was all friendly, kind and pleasant to deal with. We are so pleased that we now have a small little car that also needs a paint job and will soon be bringing it. Several people have seen our new truck, and their comment is "WOW" then they ask where we got it done. Thanks Maaco!!!! more

My daughter 8/11/2014

My daughter was backing out of our garage earlier this summer and accidentally hit the side of my Lexus. I went out and got three estimates to repair the vehicle, and picked the lowest one since I had to pay for the services from my own pocket. The estimate from Maaco was substantially lower than the others. I cannot tell you how pleased I have been throughout this experience. My car was perfectly repaired. more

I recently had the rear bumper 8/7/2014

I recently had the rear bumper fixed on my car. The men at Center M1952, on Andresen - Vancouver, WA did an excellent job. I will return to Maaco if needed in the future. I will also recommend Maaco to others needing car repairs. I can't praise them enough, that is how impressed I am at the job they did. more

I scheduled an appointment to have my car repaired after a minor fender-bender. The employee, Bobby, was eager to help me and ease my worries. I brought my car in a few days later and Bobby said it would take four days to complete the designated repairs. Bobby called two days later to inform me that my car was ready. That is incredible. The work administered by Maaco was flawless and my car never looked better (not to mention the reasonable pricing). Thanks Maaco. more

My Ford Explorer 7/18/2014

My Ford Explorer was in a rear end accident and the body shop did an excellent job at replacing the rear trailer hitch, pulling the dents out of the rear lift gate and refinishing the bumper and lift gate in a timely fashion. They were prompt at notifying the insurance company of additional damage that they found when they pulled the bumper off and they kept me well informed throughout the process. The Progressive concierge service quoted me a repair time of greater than 1 week to fix the SUV whereas they completed all the repairs in just less than 4 days! I highly recommend this body shop and the level of customer service they provide is unlike any other repair shop I have dealt with. more

Recently had some body and paint work done on our 2010 Toyota Prius. Lew Woods and Shane of the Portland, Oregon shop were extremely professional during the whole process…. Lew voluntarily picked up and delivered our car on completion, after two short days, on time as promised. The body work was immaculate and the color matching on the paint was exceptional. more

The customer service was fast, friendly and professional. My car was done earlier than expected, which saved me money on a rental. The price I got was far less than 2 body shops I had received quotes from prior. When my car was returned, it was clean not only on the outside, but on the inside more
