We took a laptop in to have them go through it, went home and it still had pop-ups and so on...Took it back and they made it sound like it was our fault and said they would be able to tell... Went back to pick it up and mind u they said they fixed it well some problems they fixed, which should had been fixed the first time but it still runs slow..but i will take it somewhere else..also how could they ever find anything it is a very dirty shop... more

I love small computer stores 8/19/2005

I love the small, friendly computer stores. You get what you want, at the price you want. However, they didn't have what I wanted and those prices weren't what I wanted, but I expected that from a business like this. This business has a lot of pre-designed computer and you can get what you want in a computer. Reccommended for computer-newbs. more

Service sucked, Cheap stuff though 8/4/2005

I was in the process of building a computer when I realized I was missing a few wires to finish up! So, I called M & M to see if they happened to have any available. And yep, they had a few laying around. They sold it to me for cheap too! But when I had questions on what to do with the computer I was building, it seemed that they couldnt've cared less. I guess the price makes up for the bad customer service. more

They Had What I Needed 7/22/2005

They had what I needed, a cheap computer monitor. I got what I needed and at a reasonable, affordable price. However, I not well greeted in this business. I got the feeling that they just didn't like me or didn't like to be bothered by customers. It felt like I was interrupting their day by showing up. They were honerable, but not nice. Perhaps it was just a bad day or the employees was really busy, but I have the feeling he was just lazy. more
