I have used M&J for over 10 years and they had always been thorough, attentive and genuinely strived to do a good job. However, that was when the owner actually did the work. I'm sure they grew based on reputation, but now they ride on it and unfortunately, it's gone to their heads. They no longer offer great customer service. The carpet took over 2 days to dry. Pet stains that they 'pre-treated' were actually bigger then before they cleaned them. (the 2nd company I hired said it's because they actually just spread it around instead of cleaning and extracting it). When asked to come back and re-clean the area, at first they said the stains were 'set' and it couldn't be done, but then changed their mind and offered to try again for an enormous amout of money. When I complained about the extra charge for a job not done, the tech got in my face and informed me that they ""Own Northern Colorado"", like I was out of luck. The good news...I hired another company who fixed all the damage done by M&J, did it with a smile and because of the damage done, had to return a couple of times to do the job right....without extra charges. Oh, and the stains were not 'set' as I was informed by M&J, so clearly, they no nothing about cleaning carpeting. Steer clear.
