Purchased a 2005 Lincoln Navigator from Dealership, when first looking at a Toyota Sienna, Dean Hughes our salesman was patient because we were looking at multiple different vehicles and finally settled on one. Going into Finance now so we will see if the whole buying experience is great LOL, Manager was professional and gave us enough time to think about our purchase. Dean and Staff did not rush us into a quick decision which helped. If you are looking at a great car with higher mileage this is a good dealership to come buy and see if the car fits you........... more

These people are crooks!! DO NOT BUY FROM M&F Auto!! I am speaking from my experience and some others that I have talked to about this dealership. My experience was I bought a car from these people that turned out to be a complete piece of junk! They didn't bother fixing the car before they put it up for sale. So the car had all kinds of problems! more

A Great Car Buying Experience 5/28/2011

I recently purchased a vehicle from M & F Auto Sales and I have to say it was truly the best car buying experience I've yet to have. Marcel and his entire staff treated me very well from the minute I drove on the lot. The sales staff was very professional, and knowledgeable concerning their vast selection of cars. I never felt pressured in the least bit. Once I had decided on the vehicle I wanted, we went inside and had a deal in place within 10 minutes. I was impressed with how quickly and smoothly the whole process went. I would certainly recommend M & F Auto Sales to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. Best Place to Buy A Vehicle in NM period 12/17/2009

I bought my Toyota 4runner from M&F. My salesman was Edward Lucero, he was so professional & polite. He did everything to help with my purchase. The 4runner was cheaper than any of the other dealerships by thousands. M&F should be an example to other dealerships on how to provide Excellent customer service. Pros: Honest, well priced and no pressure more

Great Deals! 12/7/2009

I bought 5 cars from these guys in the last 7 years. everyone had minor problems and all were disclosed to me at time of sale. I have resold all of them but one after driving each for at least a year and have always made my money back and then some. These guys deals are smoking! if you ask for a car-fax they do it. Honest, open, no pressure sales at great prices. they even have financing available for those who need it. Great community service if you ask me! Thanks guys! Pros: Honesty and Good Prices. Cons: none. more

I was looking for a used Chevy Z71 4X4 pick up, and they had one 3,000 dollars cheaper than a couple of other car lots. M&F was helpful in every way with servies, finances, and there was no pressure in buying a car from them. They also gave a carfax report. If I need another vechicle I will go back. Pros: No pressure in buying Cons: none at all more

I think ZOOMZOOM is one of those annoying customers that doesn't understand the difference between a used and new car, yes it is used!!!!!!!! Pros: TWO locations more

BEWARE 3/26/2008

I had previously gotten a CARFAX check on a vehicle that they had on their lot. I knew what kind of damage the car had been through, but when i asked the salesmen about the vehicle he lied about everything to include that it doesn't pass inspections, that brakes were in good shape, ETC... I know all salesmen have to bend the truth a little to get their sale, but these were DANGEROUS LIES he was telling me because it involved safety of the vehicle. They later tried to sell me the vehicle for a much lesser price once i confronted them with the CARFAX sheet. Pros: Location of the dealership.. Cons: Vehicles will not pass safety inspections or emmissions. more
