Excellent Service and Care 1/29/2009

I got my teeth cleaned and I can't say how pleased I was with ?? (so sorry I can't remember her name) I think it's Madeen. I apologize if I didn't get it right. But she made me feel relaxed and I especially liked her checking in with me and asking me if I am alright. She worked professionally and showed great care while doing her work. I appreciated her service especially I was tensed about getting any work done on my teeth. I feel ready to come back to her for another cleaning in six months more

I was well informed about all that was recommended to be done. I was told of the costs and how to handle financing if I so choose. The front staff were very friendly and greeted me with a smile. I appreciated the lack of rushing me through. All my questions were answered and I'm okay with coming back to start some of the work recommended. more

VERY friendly and helpful!!! 1/22/2009

I HATE going to the dentist with a PASSION... I'm sure most people do. My husband went here first and said, "You've got to make an appointment. You'll love the staff!" I reluctantly did (only after my head had been killing me) and I was so surprised!! No-one gave me the whole guilt trip about not keeping up with the normal dentist visits, they didn't try to scare me with how horrible the work was going to be... it was such a GREAT experience! Now I look forward to going to the dentist!!! more

Staff are very friendly and knowledegable, they always do a great job with whatever work I am having done. They also have text and e-mail appointment reminders now which is great! The office is always neat and clean and they always have plenty of magazines to read. more
