managment is terrible, I do not know of many good stories from here. We were treated like crap the entire time there. We can not stand living there. No regards to the tenants. Just getting new people in. more

ben is the worst manager ever made sexual passes 1/31/2011

my wife and I moved in and then a wekk later she had to go into the office to get some things fixed in our apt and garage and ben tried to make a move on my WIFE, what a retard we signed the lease together. He tried it again and had to tell him, he would deal with me if he talked to her again. more

horrible management worst in the world 1/31/2011

management is the worst I have even encountered, my heater has been down for over a month now and they told me to shut up and they would fix it when they got a chance, THIS IS FROM THE MANAGER!!! And then they charged me extra for rent for turning my rent in on the 2nd, really, really. do not move in here more

drug dealer friendly, not for families or kids 1/16/2011

I have been living here for over 5 years and ben is the worst manager on earth, he actually told me that the drug dealers have a right to hang out and drink and do drugs in the parking lot, they have arrested them over 5 times and still ben is defending them. I have a drug dealer run up to my wife and offer her crack like she was a customer then the next day threatened my son and still nothing from managment. this place is a nightmare on so many levels more

don't ever move in here it's horrible 1/11/2011

the walls are paper thin and the neighbors are loud, people use drugs in the parking lot and I have even seen a hooker walking around for hours, EVEN after I called the police and security more
