The service technicians try to accommodate me when I want to wait for the car, and they tell me when it is a little early to perform work that I ask for but isn't needed yet. more

From the moment we pulled into the lot, we were given the red carpet treatment. Martine greated us with a friendly smile. He was very knowlegeable about what service our car was going to have and made sure he had our cell numbers to call when our Fit was ready. We were impressed with how quickly the work was done. more

Quick Troubleshoot to Get Me Back on the Road 12/5/2013

I had to have my 99 Odyssey towed in from the freeway on Monday evening. The van has 154k miles and lost power. I asked AAA to tow it to Lynnwood Honda and left a key and note in the drop box. The next morning, I got a call from Glenn and we talked about what happened. He had the car tested out and called me later that morning to tell me they had diagnosed the problem, that he had the correct part, and that my van would be ready around noon. That was amazingly fast turnaround! I thought it would be much longer. I was able to pick up my car that afternoon after work. Thank God! more
