I had an order that was messed up / wrong. (a to go order)
I called back, they were aware of the mistake, someone else had brought my food back.
I left my info, and was told to call or come back anytime and they would ""gladly"" replace the order or refund my money. When the time came, i called to get a food replacement. Nobody knew what I was talking about, no note, basically called me a liar. I eventually spoke with 3 or four different people trying to resolve this issue. Nobody ever called me bac, there was no follow up, nothing. I ended up going back to ""The Lyndon City Line Diner on the Manheim Pike, Lancaster, PA. after being very composed and thinking this was going to be resolved, the head cook came out ""Mohammed"" who had called me a liar on the phone previously, got very rude with me. When I told him his customer relations skills were terrible, he told the other girl to call the police. I left.
IF YOU EVER HAVE A BAD DINING EXPERIANCE AT THEIR ESTABLISHMENT, DO NOT EXPECT ANY SATISFACTION...
