Buying a car is usually a dreadful experience for me but they made it enjoyable by helping me find what made sense for me and not just trying to slam me a car and send me on my way. I will buy every car from Luxor Auto and not hesitate to send friends and family to them, knowing how they will be treated. more

Cool, unique cars 11/5/2010

I purchased my MB CLS 55 from Luxor Auto. The car is amazing and looks great. I get so many compliments on it and I really enjoy driving it. Thank you Luxor Auto for making my dream of owning a luxury performance auto come true! I will refer all my friends and family to you guys. I also wanted to let you know Paris in the service dept was great. She took care of me when I needed my brake system serviced and saved me hundreds of dollars from the local MB dealer. Justin Brennan treated me outstanding from the moment I met him. I really appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. I had been looking for over 4 months and finally found what I wanted in a vehicle when I met him. Since my purchase he has called me to ensure my purchase was satisfactory, sent me a thank you card and even enclosed a gift card! Lisa Rosselli the finance manager also made sure that all of my needs were met in terms of financing options and never once pressured me into buying things I didn’t want, which was one of my biggest fears. A few months later, when I brought my car back in for a window regulator repair and my 45k service, I was treated exceptionally well by Parisa Kankash in the Service Department. She gave me a loaner car so I could run my errands and saved me several hundred dollars in comparison to what the Lexus Dealer quoted me for the same work. On top of that, Luxor used Lexus Parts! When I picked my vehicle up it was even cleaned inside and out. I love Luxor Auto Group! WHERE I FOUND MY PERFECT CAR 10/30/2010

After a few months of searching I knew EXACTLY what i wanted, a white 2009 BMW X6, when i finally came across Luxor's website and called about one they had listed only to find out it had already been sold, the salesman apologized but said he would give me a call if they came across another one, a couple weeks passed and i was about to give up on finding anything anywhere when the phone rang. It was the owner of luxor auto calling to tell me he had found another white X6! it had a few more miles on it than the one they had had listed on the their website but it was exactly what i wanted, white exterior, black interior. I was super excited. a week and half later I my car arrived on a the back of a semi, I was so happy the car even though dirty on the outside from being shipped was PERFECT on the inside, not a scratch on the leather, no weird odor just as the owner had promised, Enclosed in the sunvisor was a thank you card from the sales person along with a $20 gift card to Starbucks, THANKS LUXOR AUTO FOR FINDING MY NEW BABY more

FIRST TIME BUYING ON THE INTERNET 10/30/2010

I was very nervous about buying a car online but couldn't find what i wanted in my area, I called and spoke with Justin in sales after seeing the car on autotrader. he was very helpful in explaining and describing the car, sent me extra pictures from his cell phone so that i could see some of the options the car had come with. When i flew in to pick up the vehicle they were even nice enough to send a car to pick me up, the car was ready and clean the few issues that had been described by Justin before (a paint scratch and a traction control warning light) had already been fixed and the car was PERFECT. Overall great place to buy a car especially online if its your first time. more

BEST PRICE FOR MY CAR I FOUND IN THE NATION!!! 10/28/2010

I was not excited about looking for my new car, because it seems like everyone is trying to take advantage of you now a days, but this dealership made me leave with a smile on my face. No buyers’ remorse felt at all. I had shopped around the country to find the best pricing and it actually happened to be here in Arizona. My sales associate was extremely down to earth and I did not feel pressured into buying a car that I didn’t want. The whole process was very smooth and if I did have any issues at all the sales manager resolved them immediately. Thank you so much for a comforting purchase!!! NO COMPLAINTS HERE 10/26/2010

My husband and I walked out with a car with so many options we werent expecting to have , my lease was up on my car and needed another but still wanted all the luxuries , and being that we recently went through a BK we didnt think we would be able to still have that. All the people at Luxor Auto were very helpful and understanding of our situation , since then I have only had a minor situation with my vehicle but there service dept was very fast and efficient in getting my vehicle in and out. I would have no problem recommending this company to my friends and family. more

They Sell Pigs With Lipstick! 10/4/2010

When you make jokes about used car dealerships this is the place that comes to mind. Sure the vehicles all look beautiful on the outside and are priced below wholesale so you think you are getting a steal of a deal. The truth is these guys are crooks and some of the most unethical scam artists I have ever dealt with. You are lucky to get the car home and then you start having problems immediately. Nothing is covered and all of their promises mean nothing once you drive off the lot.\r \r I would have given them zero stars but that wasn't an option. If you buy a car here you will get taken deep and you will wake up in the middle of the night so upset that you were taken advantage of like this.\r \r STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!! more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM LUXOR 9/10/2010

I purchased a Cadillac SRX in july 2010, the transmission went out in September 2010. Luxor claims to do a 110 pt inspection, when i took the car to the Cadillac dealer they laughed and said if a 110 point inspection was done the bad transmission would have been caught. So either they dont do an inspection or they just passed the bad car to a customer. \r From reading all the reviews over the NET, these guys are crooked and should not be in business.\r I called Hamid the President of the company and ""typical"" no response. \r This company has 15 Better Business Bureau complaints over the last year and a half.\r DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! more

Nice car 12/31/2009

Luxor has an issue with backing their certified vehicles. I had an issue with the service light being on when I test drove the car just to be told that it would be taken care of along with the broken parking brake switch cover. When I brought the car back for them to complete the work done on it not only did they fail to fix the broken switch cover but I ended up paying for half the repairs needed to shut the service engine light off. I would have left the car there but it was New Years Eve and I wouldn't have had it back until the following Monday. Man they were so close to being the best dealership I ever dealt with, so close only to fall right back down to the bottom with all the rest. Pros: Great Salesman Cons: Dealership not backing their words more

Does not stand behind their ""Certified"" Cars 11/4/2008

I love cars. I've purchased 4 already in 2008. This place is by far the worse experience I've ever had with a ""certified"" car dealership.\r \r Three things I asked to be done to the car prior to agreeing to purchase:\r 1. The door lock did not work with the remote. That was fixed perfectly.\r 2. The front window rattled. I was told that was fixed, but found out later it wasn't fixed. More on that in a minute.\r 3. The tires were bald to the point of being dangerous. The front tires were replaced and I found out later that the rears were not.\r \r Within the first 20 hours of owning this ""certified"" vehicle, I was driving along and the ""new"" front tire completely blew out and shredded. The tread separated from the walls. I was stuck on the freeway for over an hour, waiting for a tow. After about 2 hours, Luxor decided the only option was to put the old, bald tire back on the vehicle. So I drove the car with old bald tire and it took Luxor an entire week to get a new front tire in stock. No one ever called me - I always initiated.\r \r Into my second week of ownership, the driver's side window still rattled. The tint now had a chunk missing plus 2 scratches going up and down the middle of the window.\r Another problem was the brakes were making a metal-on-metal scraping noise. So I made an appointment with Chapman BMW and here's their review:\r Window fixed under warranty\r Metal on metal = new brakes needed $1520\r Torn bushings/old rear tires replaced = $1320\r ""Certified Vehicle"" from Luxor bought less than one month ago will cost me $3000 to fix.\r \r Since driving off the lot, I've tried to contact the salesman (Craig), the Manager (Alex), the Operations Manager (Janis), the VP (Sy) and sadly even the CEO (Hamid). No one from Luxor returns ANY communications. BAD BUSINESS!\r \r I'd love the opportunity to amend my opinion but at this stage I am doubtful that this place will stay in business much longer with their offerings, or lack thereof. Be wary of this little dealership! Pros: They are good at making falsee promises? Cons: Car will cost $3000 to fix, right after leaving the car lot! more
