My experience at LuxAuto was very positive overall. Buying a car has been very stressful for me in the past, and i had a tremendously great experience at LuxAuto. Nick is a very responsive guy and kept me updated me through the whole process. Customer service is measured not when everything goes smoothly, but when if there is a hick up, how the company responds to it, and i have to say Greg is the man with all the answers. It is probably a pretty minor thing, but I wasn't lured to the dealer ship by false promises which saved me time, and that is priceless. From the beginning it felt like they were trying to help me find a car that I wanted, not just sell off the cars on the lot, so when the car I was calling about wasn't there, I got a straight forward, ""We don't have the car in stock"" and then, a week later a follow up when they got it. The price was very good, and I was able to lock in great financing. Its was just so nice to finally find a dealer who wants to get you the best possible deal, or at least that is the feeling that I walked away with.
