I came to Lux Auto because a friend recommended them to me. At that time I was looking for an affordable and reliable all-wheel drive vehicle. When I came in Nick Leandres greeted me and asked if he could assist me. There is nothing that irritates me more than pushy sales people, and Nick was anything but pushy. I explained to him what I need and what I am looking for in a car while he patiently listened and asked questions to make sure he understands what I need. He then proceeded to show me three different cars that he thought could work for me and told me all about them, and offered me to test-drive them. While we were driving Nick told me about what was fixed in the car and other details about the engine, mileage etc. After test-driving three cars I asked him to weigh in on which car he thought was best and he, suggested that I take a Lexus RX 2003, that I now drive. When I told him I was not completely sure about my decision he offered that I think about it for a day or two and that I can come back and test-drive the car again. I came back with my wife on the next day and we went for another test drive after which we decided to go ahead with the purchase. Filling out paperwork was a breeze, since Nick did most of the work for us, only asking questions and filling it out himself. Finally, I have been driving this car for the past 3 months and I am loving it. But most of all I loved the service and people and I would really recommend this dealership.
