I wasn't sure what I would get out of Mission Control until I took the course. I was able to use the tools right away in my personal & business life. Less stress, more control of my time and best of all some peace of mind. In todays fast paced world it doesn't matter if your at the top or the bottom of the ladder it seems none of us has enough time. Really cannot write enough good things about Patti. As a small business owner, I often felt as though my business was running me. No free time, no vacations, no control. As a business owner, I am always in search of new clients and ever-mindful losing touch with past clients (a lot of my clients are one time purchasers.) Her program has guided and aided me on so many levels. First and foremost was control of Outlook. In the first couple of days I was seeing results. I am a small business owner and one of our challenges like is keeping a channel and consistent flow of clients. It is often because we aren't trained in marketing and don't know how to write plans to grow the business. I recently signed up for Patti's Get Client's Now that teaches a very simple plan in a ""recipe form"" to assist with growing our business. I like that it structures and gives me simple daily actions to track and do that fits me and my personality. So far I am 44% (4 new clients) toward my 28 day program goal of 9 new clients! Mission Control is a great course for those that feel life is taking control. When I started Mission Control my e-mail in box had over 15,000 messages in it and I had no intention of ever tackling that in the next five years let alone tackling a few major projects that have been stacking up over the last few months. The first few weeks of the course were more an overview of the system and why it was important. I thought that part was a little repetitive and maybe could have been shortened up. The real meat of the course started in week three for me. We started to look at how we review the events in our life and then how record those important events so that they are compelling and inspiring to tackle. The course also gave you the tools to segment your major projects in a way that made them extremely manageable. The results: I now have less than 200 messages in my e-mail box and I completed two major projects that I thought I could not do. One was to get my taxes completed in February. For the last 4 years I have had to fill extensions for my tax returns, and even then I was always rushing to get them complete, not this year. I had everything organized and to my tax guy by mid-February and with a lot less stress. I also completed writing a major job description for a new position I have needed to create for the last six months. I understand that Pattie has now condensed the class time and gets into the meat of the program very quickly. That is a welcomed change that will make this course better than what it already is. If you apply the principals of this course you will be very happy with the results. more

For a couple of years I've known about Mission Control and could never commit to taking the class until an opening came in the evening. If I new then what I know now I would have made it happen. I actually have 3-4 evenings a week that I don't go back to work anymore because I'm content with my to do's, expectations, and my calendar. The plan Patti teaches puts your life in clear perspective instead of feeling like a rat on a wheel. I highly recommend what the Lustig Group has to offer. more

I own the Commercial Steam Team and I have always gotten my work done but always felt like I was chasing it. Kind of like one of those dreams where you are trying to grab something that is always an inch out of reach. There was an uneasy feeling like I must be missing something or something isn't getting done. After Patty Lustig taught me some very simple techniques to not only organize my time but actually move what I had to get done from theoretical to literal. Almost making it tangible but especially making it visible and so there is a time and a place for everything. Now I sleep better at night and don't worry anymore that there is something I'm not getting done that I'm supposed to. On top of all that I am actually getting more done than before.
