Lush Cosmetics Bath & Beauty

Everything about the Portland Lush store is great! The smell from the store is so strong that it might make you dizzy. Sometimes I can't get the full effect of a certain Lush product so I ask to smell it outside of the store, and...mmmm. The products are amazing, most of the employees are THE BEST, really. I always have the best experiences there. However, there has been one time where I didn't receive good customer service. I was the only one in the store (besides the two employees), and nothing was said to me...The two employees; a boy and a girl, were talking to one another about a fellow employee (their talk was all negative...sad). Needless to say I intended to buy products that day, but decided to come back an other time when those two weren't there. That's the only time I've seen them, and I go to Lush often.\r \r FYI: on the Lush website you can see when the Portland store will be having specials, usually twice a month. It's usual a day where if you buy a certain amount you get a free gift....things like that.\r and don't be hesitant to ask for samples! more

i was ecstactic when Lush opened here in Portland. I used to drive every few months to Vancouver, BC for the products. The scent lures folks in from nearly a block away on a sunny day. Soaps are displayed, feast for the eyes, in the large front windows, with the array of tantalizing colors ahd interesting textures. The names capture the buyer's interest, Ooh La La, Honey I Washed the Kids, Demon in the Dark...all senses are teased as folks may test soaps, lotions, bath bombs and a variety of other skin care products. The staff has always been kind and helpful I recommend this to anyone who is ready to make a small investment in themselves (or that special someone) for you WILL keep coming back! *Peace* Pros: great store space Cons: not very accessible unless on foot more

Lush is full of handmade natural beauty products. Known for their Bath Bombs (a ball of natural ingredients that fizzes and dissolves when dropped in the bath tub made in a broad range of smells) they also carry many other great beauty products.
