I love the Chicken Mole Enchiladas! The lunch menu is very reasonably priced and the service is great.

Worst

We went to this restaurant after I purchased a gift certificate from restaurant.... When we got there we saw a note on the door saying they no longer were accepting the certificat...

Let me start by saying Lupita's is our favorite place to eat! It is a family run business and some days you may run into Lupita herself. The food is excellent and well priced. My husband loves the Chile Rellenos and cheese encheiladas are to die for! If you go to Lupita's a few times they will remember you and treat you as extended family. We highly reccomend Lupita's and hope you feel the way we do:) more

IVE BEEN GOING TO LUPITAS FOR ABOUT 5YRS, SHE HAS VERY GOOD FOOD ,, EVERYTIME IM IN TOWN FROM , SANDIEGO, I LIKE YO VISIT THERE,, THERE CHILEVERDE IS GREAT , I LOVE THERE CARNITAS !! THEY HAVE GREAT CHILE RELLENOS,, AND THEY LIKEN TO GIVE THERE BEST SERVICE ,, ALWAYS ASK FOR MARIA OR ROSE THERE SISTER LUPITAS DAUGHTERS GOOD SERVICE,, ALWAYS THAT IM THERE,, GREAT PRICES HIGHEST MEAL IS 11.95..... would not honor certificate 5/7/2010

We went to this restaurant after I purchased a gift certificate from restaurant.... When we got there we saw a note on the door saying they no longer were accepting the certificate that I had just purchased. We walked in and asked and were told they had not been accepting the certificates for a couple of months already. My husband and I and our three hungry girls left very disappointed. I contacted restaurant.... and they told me Lupita's signed a one-year contract in December 2009 and were legally bound to accept these certificates. Restaurant.... is investigating this matter and my husband who regularly ate at this establishment with co-workers and the rest of our family will no longer patronize them. Cons: left without eating there more
