I don't think I have ever had good service here and do not plan on going back anytime soon. I do believe I walked out once because 10 minutes went by without anyone acknowledging ...

I don't think I have ever had good service here and do not plan on going back anytime soon. I do believe I walked out once because 10 minutes went by without anyone acknowledging out presence. The food is not bad but I think the service is more important. more

We love the food at Luna's. We have eaten there several times with large groups and the staff did great. The food was very good and the service was fast and friendly. more

GREAT ITALIAN FOOD, HOWEVER, 12/5/2007

BASED UPON THE EXPERIENCE THAT MY FAMILY AND I HAD THERE LAST NIGHT, EVENTHOUGH WE HAVE DINED THERE FO OVER 20 YEARS, WE WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN. WE SAT FOR WELL OVER 30 MINUTES, WHEN A PARTY THEN CAME IN WITH THE SAME NAME(SHERRY) AT WHICH TIME (SHERRY) WAS CALLED AND DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE OTHER PARTY WAS KNOWN BY THE RECEPTIONIST WE WERE ADVISED TO WAIT, WE WAITED ALLRIGHT AT HOME FOR A VERY FINE AND INEXPENSIVE MEAL WITH NO WAITING AND NO ONE HOGGING IN FRONT BECAUSE THEY WERE WELL KNOWN. If you believe catsup/ketchup is marinara sauce this is the place. Fresh Romano or Parmesan is not offered, the bread is not warmed, and no wine list. Good place to get full ...if you are not interested in flavor. Playing some soft Italian music would help the atmosphere. Accurate score, three. Pros: parking, service Cons: food lacks flavor more

Best Italian restaurant around! 4/16/2006

Luna's Restuarant can only be described as one thing...Spectacular! This restaurant has outstanding food and a comfortable, homely atmosphere. But what really pushes this place over the edge is unbeatable service. Never in my life have I been treated so courteously and been taken care of so well; I actually felt as if I was eating a home-cooked meal amongst friends and family. I highly reccommend this restaurant to anyone who loves a great Italian experience. more

Great Comfort Food 10/12/2005

Go to Lunas for excellent Italian style comfort food - think amazing spagetti and meatballs. I crave the Minestroni, and am always hard pressed to decide between the pizza, the meatball sandwhiches, sausage sandwhiches, chicken cacciatore, and calzones. The best in Clovis 9/30/2005

I am so happy to review one of my favorite places. I love this place. It takes alot for me to venture to Clovis (no particular reason I graduated Clovis High) but I always make it a point to go to Luna's . They are always busy but the service is pretty good and fast. The prices are just right with great lunch specials. $2.00 per slice of delicious pizza with lots of pepperoni (hence the oil). The lunch specials are an excellent deal. Whenever there is an event in Clovis that I do attend I always go here! PROS: Great food, good ambiance, good prices, very attentive owners CONS: Sometimes they need more staff on hand. more

My family have dined here for years and with good reason. The food is great! I could make a meal just on the bread and ministrone soup. Try their calazone. They have lunch specials throughout the week for about $6. more

great cooking here with a spectacular sauce on all dishes...tastes homemade this is the best restaurant in clovis and the best italian in northern california!!! Pros: great food, clean, great prices Cons: hard benched booths more
