This is one company that will not respond a single phone call or email. They are reputed for cancelling contracts that has been worked out and will fall through just because they will not respond in correct time and will not give you any answer for that. If anyone is trying to buy any hud property and you have the LUNA & LUNA as title company you are screwed. I wish hud would give you an option to change title company but thay dont. And LUNA & LUNA will do everything possible to get things not done it time for you. In turn all the effort you have put along with the lunder and agents and the listing agent, every thing goes in vein due to LUNA & LUNA. The worst possible title company ever.
