Having been a U.S.A gymnast for 15 years, I didn't question my upper back and neck pain. I started with a chiropractor at age 7 but it never relieved the intense burning in my neck and upper back. I have been coming to Dr. Lukas for a little over a month. I came with a locked upper back, inflammed lower back, restricted neck movement and tingling in my fingers. I met Lukas Chiropractic Staff on a Saturday morning at a Home Depot (doing an educational out reach program about upper cervical care) I was a great candidate due to a recent care wreck with a neck whiplash injury. I was feeling oddly stiff and uncomfortable, it had been a month since the car wreck. I do not like taking medications and as a P.T I felt like I was already doing enough ice and stretching that I should have seen an improvement but was not getting better.
