I received a gift certificate for my birthdayand visited this spa in early December. After just one visit...I was hooked. The receptionist who booked my appointment was actually friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. I went in for the womens spa afternoon which was a massage, manicure and pedicure on a Thursday afternoon. The spa is located in a little building that almost looks like a big house, but when you walk in it is simply amazing. Beautiful portraits everywhere, a tv in the waiting area, and tons of relaxing couches to sit on . I had my massage first with Viola who did a great job. Not only was the private room relaxing... the candles smelled great and she was so good I left feeling completely relaxed. I loved the fact that they have a shower if needed. Next was the manicure and pedicure with Alison. I was actually led to a private pedicure room where I was able to relax without 10 other poeple buzzing around. She took the time to massage my feet and apply a scrub, and she really had a great personality. It was nice to actually be able to talk to the people providing my services. While there I also snuck in for an eyebrow wax. I can't remember the girls name who did it but she did an awesome job and convinced me to try a henna dye which I am now hooked on. I have been back again for a facial (which I also loved because they actually took out all of the blackheads from my nose and chin) and I bought my mom and sister gift certificates for Christmas. I would highly recommend this spa!
Pros: Close location in the burbs; private pedicure rooms; great atmosphere
Cons: NONE-I loved it!
