After reading the previous reviews, I wasn't really expecting much, and I had been here once before when it was a busy Saturday night with a large group and the service was so-so, but I thought maybe it was just cuz it was busy. Well, a group of 4 of us went there for bowling, food, and alcoholic beverages on a Saturday afternoon where there were maybe at most 20 customers, and the service still sucked, actually it was more like non-existent. There were 2 hostesses who directed us to the bowling area, 1 guy (who was actually helpful) running the bowling lanes/rental shoes, 2 bartenders, and 3-4 waitresses. We went to our lane and were ready to order lots of food and drinks cuz we were starving and ready to have a good time.... but did a single waitress come by to take our order? No. I was ready to plunk down over $50-$100 on food and drinks alone and not one single waitress came by to take our order the entire 1-1/2 hours we were there. There were 3-4 waitresses standing around the bar doing nothing but talking to each other and trying to look attractive, but not actually w-o-r-k-i-n-g. It wasn't even busy! Just less than 20 patrons! We got fed up and left and spent our money elsewhere for food and drinks. This would be such an awesome place to hang out if it weren't for the crappy service. I actually live really close by and would frequent the place if it were worth going to, but it's not.
Pros: Great location, nice setup: bowling, pool hall
Cons: crappy service, nonexistent service, lack of service
