I wish I could give negative stars!!We ordered the dresses from Lucille's Bridal Shop in August. They only recently came in. After they were picked up by my sister-in-law, I sent a picture to the bride because they did not look right to me. The dresses came in the wrong color on the bottom (they were supposed to be 2-toned). When the bride and my sister-in-law returned with the dresses to the shop on Saturday, March 10th, they were told that they would be getting refund (at that point to exchange the dresses and order new ones would cut it too close). They were told to give them an hour or so because they had to look up the paperwork. When they returned, they said that they couldn't get the credit card machine to work and would process the refund the following week.My sister-in-law and the bride went to another store to buy off-the-rack dresses for the girls, thinking that they would be getting a refund. On Tuesday, the bride called to check on the status of the refund, and was told that the store policy is no refunds, and they would only be able to exchange the dresses. I have a huge problem with the fact that we were told there would be a refund and then after the fact told no. Now we will MAYBE be getting dresses the week of the wedding, with no recourse if they are still not correct. This also means that there would not be time to use our own people for alterations which we already had lined up. When I tried to talk to the store owner, I was passed off to another employee who kept saying that she had no authorization to refund the money, and that she would only deal with the bride. My money paid for these dresses, not the brides. more

I just went there for the first time today, everyone was soooo amazing. Eileen was FANTASTIC!!! They were not pushy at all, very kind and respectful, gave me as much time as I needed, I belive I found THE dress and will be going back this week to purchase it, I will totally recommened getting your dress there!! more

Love it!: I love Lucilles Bridal. This is where i am getting my wedding dress. The people are soo nice and are willing to help you find the perfect dress. They are awesome and i would recommend them to anyone. more

bought my gown at Lucille's Bridal in Orange, CT for my son's wedding. I want to tell you who happy I am doing that.The service was outstanding in helping me select the style and color that suited me best. That made me happy. Most of all, I never expected so many guests to come up to me after the church ceremony to tell me how beautiful my gown was. later at the reception people still came over to me to tell me how beautiful my gown was. I never expected all that attention, but of course I loved it. So if your deciding on where to shop for that special gown I suggest Lucille's Bridal and you won't be disappointed. Shirley Hill more

I had a wonderful experience. My friends and I felt like family and we ended up making a purchase the first time out shopping! Customer service is a big priority to me and that's why I chose Lucille's for my bridal gown!!! more

My experience with your knowledgeable staff was great. They were very attentive and answered all of my questions during my visit, and beleive me, there were alot. Also, several weeks after my visit, I called to ask additional questions on some gowns, and I was given the same personal attention via telephone as I did in person. It was neat! more

This is a great wedding shop. My friend and I spent hours trying on wedding gowns and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The dressing rooms are clean and neat, the store is well organized. No appointment is necessary but they recommend one. All sizes are available as is alterations. All price ranges are available as well. A great place to shop for that very special day. more
