Their teams were timely, professional and fast. They were able to assess the ""health"" of our system within 30 minutes of their arrival and walk me through point-by-point examples and recommendations of how to decrease water cost and improve coverage. \r \r Lucas found and fixed two leaky sprinkler heads that cost me in excess of $1,000 in water charges on my prior quarter's water bill. Additionally, they showed me where my prior ""irrigation company"" had used the wrong and/or cheap sprinkler heads which didn't provide the necessary coverage or were simply using excessive amounts of water.\r \r Lucas also determined that my rear sprinkler system could be easily connected to the main system, but that current coverage was inadequate. They came to our home to fix my irrigation system. The water pressure was too low, so we are having that addressed before proceeding with repairs.Member \r \r They called back right away, came quickly, were professional and patient with my questions. I plan to use them for the full job. more

Greedy, irresponsible, and not honest!\r \r I used their snow plowing service this year. I was charged twice for extra-fee before they were caught. So read the contract and their invoice thoroughly. My driveway was plowed most at evening time when my car could not run over snow and go to work. I called them and was told that they needed to do doctors' houses first and I was not luck enough to be on the top of their rotation list. So make sure to state that you are a doctor otherwise you would have to stay at home whole day and pray for their service coming earlier. At last I still did not understand how they measured the depth of snow on my driveway that their charges were based on. They must have a magic ruler giving the numbers that sometimes several inches more so the charges were jumped to the next level. So please make sure in the contract which ruler would be used and where the driveway should be measured. Good Luck!\r more
