Had a return to make on a clearence item but since it was after the 30 day mark it was up to a manager to accept it back. We bought a gas dryer thinking it would work in my sisters in laws new apartment. When we realized the mistake and found out we needed an electric dryer we bought one and tried returning the gas one. The Assitant Store Manager wouldn't accept it cause they had down that we purchased a Fridge and my husband had no receipt. Is that NOT what my lowes is for in the first place...to show all previous purchases. Even customer service said the exact same thing no reason to need a receipt when your purchase is on our system. I brought the receipt & it still showed a fridge. I didn't purchase a fridge that day but the young lady said she would look into the model # but she never wrote the model # down she went with the one on the receipt which was NOT for the dryer. Needless to say horrible service & when we tried talking to the managers they ignored our calls the next day! I won't be recommending store 63 any time soon!!!
