Low Price Auto Glass

I was taking care of my yard today (Sat) and while edging inadvertently sent a rock through my son's car window (2010 Sentra). In addition to being 'not happy' with the situation, I was faced with an automotive window that needed to be replaced immediately! Luckily, I remembered Low Price Auto Glass (I had used them before). I arrived at 3;38pm on a Saturday afternoon. They took care of me (removed, vacuumed, replaced) and had me back on the road headed home by 4:15 pm the same day :-) at a great price! After a most unpleasant surprise on a Saturday morning -- someone had bashed in my car window -- I called Low Price Auto Glass for an estimate. On the phone, the owner was sympathetic and offered an estimate of $100. Wow, what a deal! When I arrived, he greeted me warmly and, once again, apologized for the situation that found me in their waiting area. Sat. morning, wife backs out of garage with hatchback open and shatters rear window of mini-van. Called around to receive quotes and schedule service, but could not find anyone to service until Tuesday at earliest. Found Low Price Auto and was skeptical at first, but Steve said he could be out in 45 minutes. 30 minutes later he is there ready to work. By my miscommunication, he brought front windshield and not the rear. No worries because he immediately called a second truck to my location with the correct glass at no extra charge. You could tell the men worked well together and had their system down. I would highly recommend Steve and Low Price Auto Glass to anyone and will use them again, even thought I hope won't need to. Recently my car got broken into and needed a new glass. My All State insurance referred me to them so I gave them a call. The man on the phone was very rude and had me running around all of Centinnial blvd for a bank because they didn't accept checks. Overall the job was done, but I left unsatisfied. more

I've never in my 12 years of servicing my pathfinder have ever found this kind of BAD service. Low price auto glass did give me a LOW price but they lied to me by instead of selling me a new one they sold me a USED one they ripped from a JUNKYARD. And when i asked the gentleman that replaced my glass to please re-do it they said NO REFUND and the man ruddily told me to EXIT his store. I plan on FILING CHARGES in the next few weeks. more

A business that can't keep honesty as there number one goal, is not a GOOD Business. And this place needs to learn to be HONEST. However a hundred dollars more is way off. Will not return to this business and Hope others don't get ripped off either ! more

Called insurance agent this morning, they gave me the name of 3 glass repair places and I chose Low Price, was connected to them and was told they had an opening today and would be there within an hour or two. Front windshield is repaired and the two service people were very nice. First class job and I highly recommend them. more

Had a rear window shatter in my '95 Volvo 850 wagon. Called the Safe* guys...almost 900.00 with their discount!!! Called Steve at Low Price. His price was so low, that I had them replace my cracked (for 4 years) windshield at the same time. They came to my house THE NEXT DAY and installed the rear glass and the windshield for less than HALF the price that the other guys quoted for just the rear glass. Steve was great. Called me about the glass and I paid what he quoted me on the phone, even though I needed a new moulding. No problem. I wish they had more than 5 stars for ratings! What a great bunch of pros! These guys really have the customer's best interest at heart. My windshield had been broken by a branch in my driveway during a storm and the damage was bad enough that I had no choice but to replace it. I called ten places for quotes all over town. I drive a Jaguar,and I had been quoted close to and over $600 at other places. They really understood that my budget was tight because I recently went back to shcool. Even though I made a mistake on the type of windshield I thought I needed (regular or electric), they still honored a price very close to the original quoted price even though what I needed was much more expensive. I highly reccommend them to anyone looking for great service and great prices. If I need any other services, I will absolutely go back to them!! This place had the best price of anyone in town to fix my broken window (over $40 cheaper than the "special discounts" eventually offered by others). They were open on Sunday and when I called at 10am was told to bring it right in and it was fixed in less than 45 minutes. This was the only place in town that was even open to fix it on a Sunday. Very professional and courteous service. Also, as we were leaving we mentioned that my wife's rear defrost was not working. We had been previously told by others that we'd have to replace the rear windshield ($200), but they found a way to fix it, and didn't charge us anything!
