Loving Family Animal Hospital

First of all I have to comment on the post by a 'prior employer'. I am stunned that any employer would make such a comment -- that is certainly not acceptable in the corporate world. The bottom line is that whether or not those allegations are true and Dr. Weldon was indeed 'fired' -- we can never know what is behind that. Typically those situations are less about competence and more about company politics and personality conflicts. As far as the comment about fabricating positive reviews it doesn't take a Rocket Scientist to see that although this is a new practice -- Dr. Weldon has been practicing her profession for many years. She has been our vet for the past EIGHT! The comment posted on here reflects more negatively on the 'prior employer' -- but I wouldn't be surprised if that person is not her actual previous employer but merely an employee of that company -- in which case they would be the one fired if I owned that practice! (Okay, enough on that rant -- let's move on to what is most important here...) What I do know and am 100% certain of is my own experience with Dr. Weldon. She has taken such great care of our corgi and our cat even long before that. and has been our vet for eight years. I can't say enough great things about her. She really is passionate about her work and it shows. When she had to amputate our kitty's tail (after an unfortunate incident with our front door) she was so compassionate and supportive it felt like she was an extended member of our family. She is extremely competent, bright and informed of all the latest developments in her profession. I trust her implicitly and she is just as as credible, skilled, and capable as those with more than twice her years of experience. I am so excited for her to be opening her own practice. She will have a lifelong following of devoted clients -- with us at the top of the list! Dr. Weldon has been our vet since she started practicing in 2003. She is absolutely the best vet we have EVER had. She has always been honest and caring and the ultimate professional. We do not need to visit her at the new location to write a review....we have been lucky to have her as our vet for the past 8 years and will definitely be following her to Loving Family! more

How is it that this animal hospital had 4 glowing reviews before it even opened last week? Obviously Dr. Weldon has chosen to fabricate positive reviews in order to make herself look good. This type of deceptive behavior is what encouraged our hospital to terminate her employment with us. Although Dr. Weldon has some positive qualities, her deceptive nature should make you hesitate before you trust her with your pets. more

If you want a caring vet who's #1 goal is to provide the best care possible for your pets (aka family), follow Dr Weldon. When my wife and I first met Dr Weldon, we knew in a split second that her passion was animals. She loves our dogs as much as we do, and our dogs are always happy to visit the vet. Since that day, we have followed her to another vet, before she was able to fulfill her dream of opening her own vet. She is never pushy, but is honest in providing you the best care. If you decline for whatever reason, she does not make you feel less of a pet owner. We have been to vets that have pressured us into expensive xrays, CT scans, etc and when we declined, we walked out feeling like the worst pet owners. We have even contacted Dr Weldon via email and was was even nice enough to provide her expert advice. Top notch service!! A++++ more

Dr. Weldon is by far one of the best, most knowledgeable vets I've ever taken my pets to. She is amazing with the animals and only has what's best for your furry kiddo in mind. Dr. Weldon has even stayed well after closing time to care for my dog when she had an allergic reaction on a Saturday afternoon. It's obvious she loves her job and I highly recommend her for anyone considering using Loving Family Animal Hospital as a clinic for their pets. Dr. Weldon is simply just the best!! more

Dr. Weldon is amazing. I have 2 Chihuahuas and Dr. Weldon has been our vet for 8 years. Her competancy and professionalism are unmatched. She loves my dogs as if they were her own. Our critters have been seeing Doc Weldon for over 5 years. What's refreshing about her is that she only recommends treatment that is appropriate for the animal and their well being. Doc keeps up on the latest news in vet care and passes it onto the client. more

Dr Weldon is the most awesome Vet for my African Grey Izzy, she is very particular as to who she trusts so I was concerned. Dr Weldon was very caring and gentle and Izzy loves her, she is the best bird vet I have found and would recommend her to anyone. She is flexible with scheduling and has great prices too. more

Dr. Weldon is the best veterinarian in the world! She has been my kids (2 cats,1 dog) doctor for over 5 years. Not only does she provide the best quality medicine, she provides compassion. She truly cares not only for your pet, but for you as a client. She explains exactly what is wrong with your pet and gives you the best options to treat him/her. Without her my senior dog Daisy may not be living right now. We found she has liver disease and Dr. Weldon immediately took the necessary steps to help treat her. She is still doing great! My pets and I would be truly lost without her! more

She cares about the pet and what is the best care for the pet to maintain good health or to have the pet regain its health. She is honest and does not fabricate the odds. I trust her completely.
