Overall good experience 2/8/2012

I thought the Dr. and front office staff again did a great job. I do feel the rest of the staff however lacks enthusiasm. The x-tray tech. and Dr. Staff have shown little to no life and tend to treat the children as if they are part of an assembly line. That is hard for a parent who is trying to build a positive experience for their children. more

Had a tooth pulled 1/31/2012

I have never been to a dentist, where they call you the same day and the day after to make sure you are ok afterwards. A BIG THANKS to KIM, whom called to check on me!! It was great appreciated!!!! more

AMAZING! My NEW dentist from now on! 1/26/2012

First, the women that made my appoinment got me in as soon as they possibly could due to my pain. I went in to get a root canal that I knew I needed as I was in SO much pain. When I get in there to do my x-rays I just knew they would kill me, but they didn't! :) The girl that did them went as slow and gentle as she could, wasn't bad at all. I let my tooth go too long and I was in a lot of pain, so it took a while for me to get completely numb, but Dr. Anderson took his time and made sure I was comfortable before begining any work on me which was amazing. He finally got me comfortable and then I was actually in and out after my work. They are all very precise and personable at every appoinment I have been too! I have been back 2 times since then. My husband and kids will be going there as well. I would recommend Dr. Anderson to everyone. more

Dr. Foster was Wonderful 1/24/2012

Took my 5 yr old daughter to see the Pediatric Dentist Dr. Foster yesterday and she was fabulous. The two assistants were great with my daughter as well. I have fear of dentists, and was hesitant to take my daughter. So glad I did! more

worst dentist ever! Will never go here again!!!!!! 1/18/2012

I went in for a tooth extraction. Well first i waited for 45 minutes listening to receptionist being very unprofessional on the phone. Finally i get called back and they take an xray and leave me for yet another 30 minutes. Finally the dentist comes in with assistant. He looks at xray then looks in my mouth and looks at assistant talking in (dentist talk) He didnt really talk to me or ask my concerns. He then leaves the room quickly. The receptionist comes in with a bill telling me i need to schedule another appointment to get my tooth pulled. I was in shock with this. needless to say i left out of there with my painful tooth still in my mouth. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN more

I went in to get my tooth pulled. First i waited in waiting room for 45 minutes freaking out because i am scarred of dentists. I finally get called back and they do a full xray. I then wait another 30 minutes before i was even seen. Finally he comes in and while hes in room is talking to nurse in (dental talk) and doesnt really talk with me then leaves room. The receptionist comes in with a bill showing me that i will have to make ANOTHER appointment to get my tooth pulled and a deep cleaning. Said itll cost me almost 500. I went in to get my tooth pulled because it was causing pain and i left with my tooth and still in pain!!!! WORST DENTIST DO NOT USE more

Root Canal 1/16/2012

My first appointment was for cleaning only but xrays and infection showed a root canal calling. Dr. Anderson is very good and gentle, I only jumped one time. Will be back for the crown in February. more

The dentist was very personable and attended to my problem with care and gentleness. I definitely would recommend Lovett Dental on the basis of my first visit. There were no long waits and everyone was very friendly and professional. more

Not a Pediatric Dentist.... 12/22/2011

Although the dentist had great bed side manner with my children, the hygenist was horrible...she was abrasive, border-line mean to my son. She was not tolerant of my concern and basically took offense when I asked her to stop the cleaning because my son was crying...she walked out of the room and did not return...another hygenist had to complete the appointment...we will not be returning. more

Fast service? 11/21/2011

I just called to try and make an appointment to extract a bad tooth. I was told it would be 6 weeks before they could get me in. (Nov 21 now, end of Dec appointment) WOW! I'll be dead by then. more

It took 7 years to get my son back to a dentist after a bad experience in California. Now he can't wait to go back in six months for his next cleaning, etc. Dr. Anderson and the whole office staff were amazing in the best way possible. I wish we had found them years ago. :) more

Great service, did work same day as initial visit 10/1/2011

Considering how difficult it can be to get a dentist appointment, I was surprised to get one within a week of request, and then to get crowns on the same day as my initial visit, shocked! more
