Every one of the staff we dealt with, from the limo driver to the receptionist, Elvis, the photographer, and the folks who helped us online and over the phone when we ordered our photos, were wonderful, friendly and helpful. more

It was exactly everything we wanted & more. It was a high class professional entertaining experience. It started with the ease of booking on-line, then on the day to the 1st class limo service, then from being graciously greeted the moment we walked in the door, to the beautifully decorated chapel, to the amazing young Elvis, to the service, to the songs performed perfectly, to the brilliant photographer. Worth every penny & wish we would have done that for our 1st wedding! Just wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Felt like a fairytale with humor and we love to laugh. We couldn't be more pleased. It was an awesome time! It is one of my most favorite memories. Graceland Wedding Chapel is in a league of their own! They are doing it right! more

From the booking process online, right through the the actual ceremony, we never had an issue. Staff were always prompt to get back to our email queries, and we had a fabulous ceremony. Elvis was fabulous and the staff at the front desk were lovely and friendly. more

My parents renewed their 25 wedding anniversary vows at graceland. we took a 5 day trip from ohio for our first visit to las vegas, which included me, my fiance, my parents, and our 2 chihuahuas.. we planned and booked the ceremony @ graceland wedding chapel prior to coming to vegas and were beyond completely satisfied from booking, to the very last moment wherein we received our pictures in the mail last week. i could write a book on how wonderful the experience was. my mother has watched the dvd over 100 times, i think it's safe to say about 200 times by now, not joking. \r \r i am so proud of my parents and graceland helped to inspire just how proud i am of them. it was a wonderful time, everything went absolutely perfect. the limo driver was extremely nice, and courteous, he even used my own camera to take several photographs outside of the chapel as we were leaving. the elvis that performed the ceremony, he was fantastic! after the ceremony, elvis left the chapel ceremony ro more

We always said whenever we get to Vegas we will get re-married by Elvis. This was our original plan in 1995, but not all our family could make it, so went the traditional way. We had such an awesome time. Laughed the whole time. Will never forget that day. Everyone made our special day special again, from the limo to the chapel to Elvis. Thank you all! more

Elvis was absolutely on his game and terrifically nice. Very professional and took the entire proceeding seriously, but with flair. It was nice to meet the lady in the front office (sorry, forgot her name!) who had South Carolina ties. Just a grand experience and one we'll never forget. Thanks! more

We made our reservation a month ahead and confirmed it again the day before our wedding. Everything went smoothly on our wedding day, the service was great and the ceremony was short but meaningful, which was exactly what we were looking for. We (and our families) enjoyed it so much. We also bought some pictures a few weeks back. The website messed up our order at first but the staff at the Chapel was very helpful and re-ordered our pictures immediately. We received them 2 days later without paying extra for the expedited shipping. Overall it's a wonderful experience, we would definitely recommend Graceland to others! Thank you so much! more

I called Graceland because I saw the wedding video they had posted under their 'tour the chapel' section. I thought the 'Elvis' in the video was awesome and I left a voicemail message asking if they allowed you to request a certain Elvis, because we really liked him. A woman called me back an hour later and her entire demeanor on the phone was depressing. She was sounded moody, unhappy and made a point to tell me three times that the person I was requesting (Brenden Paul[?]) could not be guaranteed to be present at our wedding service. She offered no alternative. Had nothing much else to say. Gawd, she was so.. unpleasant and downbeat that I was speechless for a moment. This is a Elvis-themed-Vegas wedding for godssake!? The Delta customer service rep in INDIA I called to ask about carrying my wedding dress on the plane was more upbeat and friendly then this lady. It was huge turn off. I finally said, ""you don't sound very happy"". I didn't know what else to say because she just sounded so misersable and not interested in helping me at all. I just said thanks for all your help (NOT), and said goodbye. I'm really bummed because I bet the OWNERS of the chapel don't speak or treat people like this. It's not like I was calling about bringing my car in for a tune up. I was asking questions about my WEDDING day, Elvis themed as it may be, I am still a bride and want it to be perfect. Pros: might have been nice if we'd actually made it there. Cons: person fielding inquiries is not friendly , at all. more

When we decided to go ahead and get married in Vegas, we didn't want to spend a lot on the ceremony, but I also didn't want a place that would be totally cheesy or trashy. The Graceland Storybook Chapel was perfect. Pros: Fast and inexpensive, but still respectful and meaningful Cons: None so far! more

I know weddings are supposed to be all serious and such but I thought it would be funny to get married by Elvis. Ok, we didn't but "he" came out and did a photo with us. We got married on a Monday in July so we didn't need a reservation or anything. Yes, it was cost effective. (Yes, it has lasted!) We are going to renew our vows there one of these days. We still chuckle about the experience and don't feel cheated we didn't have a big wedding with all its stressful fanfare. more

We checked this place out for our wedding. We opted not to go for one of their reasonably prices packages. We did enjoy talking to the sales staff and found the whole experience very interesting. more

I would highly recommend Graceland Wedding Chapel to those who chose to marry in Las Vegas. The Chapel is very quaint, but pretty and historial looking. It is set in RIGHT downtown! I made the reservations months in advance and when I showed up it was like I just talked to them yesterday! The flowers were pretty and the photographer was awesome! The minister was from the BUCKEYE state which was a plus to my husband and I! Our limo driver Justin was just wonderful and was even early to our hotel to pick us up! It is a quick ceremony - IN & OUT so if you are looking for a long drawn out affair, this is not the place. It was very pretty and we have great pictures and great memories. The are awesome and a great price. Pros: Very quick...Very professional...Great Price...Great Photography...Staff was wonderful! Cons: Was okay to us...But VERY IN AND OUT and NEXT - but it is Vegas! more

We had the funnest wedding here. Elvis sang 3 songs and our guests had a great time. We still get compliments on how much fun it was. The price was well worth the entertainment. more

My husband Tom and I were married at Graceland Wedding Chapel on December 31, 2000! It was an awesome and unforgettable experience! Our wedding was filmed by a local news crew and was on the evening news that New Years Eve - strangers even recognized us around town after the broadcast! It was an experience of a lifetime! more

My husband and I renewed our marriage vows for our 5th year anniversary at the Graceland Wedding Chapel in front of Elvis. They were great! Our Elvis spoke beautifully. He seemed to really speak from his heart. Many of our guests were teary-eyed! I would recommend this place 100%! more

We just watched our video of our 15th anniversary vow renewal ceremony performed on 12/26/02 by Elvis impersonator Brendan Paul At Graceland Chapel, we are howling with delight! What a great experience! The Chapel and Elvis Impersonator far outperformed our expectations! Our 16 guests loved it and we have to say they made our special day truly memorable.
