Honest, reliable service 6/21/2010

I had great service from Love's. The President, John Love came to my house and proposed a new system. Brand name, great warranty, and much better pricing than several competitors. Service was prompt and professional. Nearly one year later, I noticed an small oil leak at the compressor. They dispatched someone immediately and found a tiny pinhole leak in the coolant line. No questions, no hassle, they sent someone out two days later to fix the problem with nothing more than a handshake as payment. Sales practice issues/no resolution 8/19/2009

WATCH OUT>>>This company promised energy savings to us with their new heating and air system. The system did not save us any money on our utulity bills. Now, the President, John Love, is making up fables like we bought a new pool heater (which we never did), the pool heater operates ""24/7"" (it does not), that we ""were having work done"" which is why they waited 59 days to call the County for an inspection. We are filing a civil suit to recoup our losses. His answer ""we will file a counter suit for our losses"" This guy is one of the worst business people I have ever seen. Stay away, he has no way to quantify or figure out how his system will save you money on your electric bills. He is emotional and cannot resolve our complaint. He will lie to make a story to solve his problems. STAY AWAY. to make matters worse, they installed our system with not the proper charge from the factory - they only discovered this when we called after receiving our subsequent two months electric bills which were higher than the previous months. He lies and cannot resolve a complaint against him for the ""you should save 25-35% on your utility bill."" Cons: Dispute resolution, sales practice, business ethics more
