I have been a customer at Lou's for several years. I have gotten consistent, great service. Every time I need my car fixed, they are always kind and honest. The service managers are thorough and they explain what is wrong with my car, along with providing me options for repair when available. the waiting room is great and the people are friendly. I highly recommend Lou's to everyone! more

GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE 9/30/2010

Every time I go to Lou's, whether it's for a new battery, an oil change, or maintenance, I'm more and more impressed. I've been going there for years and not only does everyone treat me as if I'm the most significant customer in the place, but they're down-to-earth and some of the friendliest people I've met. I will never take my car anywhere but Lou's. Thanks for everything. more
