I have been a customer at Lou's for several years. I have gotten consistent, great service. Every time I need my car fixed, they are always kind and honest. The service managers are thorough and they explain what is wrong with my car, along with providing me options for repair when available. the waiting room is great and the people are friendly. I highly recommend Lou's to everyone!
