Wife-head and I just slapped two fish dishes up into our bellys. Atmosphere is eclectic and a jazzer band is playing poolside. This place is now one of our haunts. We will be a haunting for some time. Food is very good if that wasnt clear and the beer selection is interesting. more

Best burger and fries in town hands down! $17, but it's American beef raised in the same method as Japanese Kobe beef (spoke with owner). Great Belgian beers on tap, huge craft beer selection. Crab cakes I thought were good in spite of reading a negative review before. And the big games/fights are on a huge projector. more

Be prepared to ask for your order twice and wait a while for it too! Pretty good beer selection (especially weiss beer) and food was pretty good too. Just took a while to get it. Had to remind waitresses to bring food, drinks, and check for party of 4. more

Food menu is is compact but food is excellent. French fries out of this world as well as the burger. Great choices of drinks and beers. Setting very nice around pool with cool lounge music. Hidden gem! more

Beer selection was superb. Food was excellent. Had the yellowfin snapper which was perfect, as were the sides, and the sani which has a quality, yet poor choice of cut of beef. Don't order it unless you want to use two hands and seven napkins to eat. The pumpkin cake martini desert is so-so and the sashimi-thin slices of kiwi were stuck to the glass suggesting it had been prepared far to in advance. Beware the dark and the pool. Despite these shortcomings, this is a place to visit. The food is, as stated, excellent, and the drinks list is well-populated. A must experience location. more

What a great spot to meet with friends after work. Tasty food, lots of beer choices. Not very fancy, but very nice ambiance.A fair amount of tables, some with umbrellas, some ringing the cute pool in the middle, some with roof overhang, some exposed to the sun. Also, lots of seats at the far end. Just have a blast and enjoy the cool vibe. Street parking in front of Hotel & across the street. Nice little treasure in North Beach. more

I've been coming to Lou's Beer Garden for a while now and it never disappoints. Delicious, fresh food and really distinctive selection of craft beers. I love the vibe-- relaxed, unpretentious... jeans and flip flops. They often have live music. I really love it. I bring friends to try it out and they all have become regulars. Lou's also now serve Micro Spirits made by micro-distilleries... awesome craft premium spirits. I haven't found another place in Miami Beach that serves them. Really interesting. more

Great atmosphere and setting. We had the pizza and it was terrific. The Oregeno they give to sprinkle on it was so fresh it seemed it was but up that morning. I went for the great beer selection but was intrigued by the strawberry rubarb mojito. Absolutely the best mojito variation I've had. It reminds me of the strawberry rubarb pie my aunts and grandmother used to make. That saying a lot coming from a beer guy. more

Been to this spot 2 times now. After beach late lunch and night time for dinner. The food is consistant and fresh, exciting ingredients, healthy options, tapas, wings, burgers, and fun pizzas. Great beer selection, decent wine selection... Awesome ambiance by the pool. Just have to have time to chill and hang out, all food prepared fresh so it is a time commitment. more

Wow. What an excellent surprise. A gastropub in North Beach. The beer selection is untypical. Try the Chimay Triple. The menu has a few standouts: squid stuffed with manchengo cheese and chorizo. But be prepared to wait. The chef makes everything fresh so it takes some time. Just chill and sip a couple of pints! more
