Don't be fooled by ""surveys"" that rate others as having the best pizza. My family's dearly-beloved best-pizza-place, Loui's, has kept itself under the radar over the years. Unlike most, Loui's has not branched out into chains, or even renovated to give more space to its crowded dining room (and parking area!). Until very recently, it was cash-only, no cards allowed! The pizza is ambrosia. Choose the 4-piece smalls, more than one if you need to, for then you get 2 sides of yummy crust on each piece. Most people can't eat more than 2 pieces. The home-made antipasto dressing is so good, they used to bottle & sell it. The waitresses are career staff that virtually never screw up an order. One small problem: the cozy dining room gets noisy with conversation. If you take someone who's hearing impaired, it can be hard for them to hear your chat.
Pros: pizza, antipasto, wait staff
Cons: parking, not 4 hearing impaird, closed Mon,Tue
