Cheap, good and fast! 6/13/2007

Louis' is the best greasy spoon joint - period. I had the spinach pie, for $3.25 - I got 2 big chunks of cheesy spinach yumminess drenched in sauce. Waitress was fast, friendly and earned her 40% tip ($2!!!!). Pros: Cheap, great food, fast service, great old photos around the walls Cons: parking, not for a romantic dinner! more

There is nothing like Louis the morning after a night out. If you order pancakes, ask for the strawberry or chocolate chip version (or both), and the egg-cheese-etc. subs are really good. This is the best breakfast that you can get for almost no money. Pros: Cheap, Good food, Good for groups Cons: No ambiance more
