Form my phone call @ 8am I was in the office @ 9:45 and in treatment with Dr. Louie @ 10:15. I know I was worried and described a history of prior care of not good memories at another office. Dr. Louie gave me time to talk and for me to hear what we (I) need to consider for treatment. I gained trust and settled down to have an extraction. The procedure,care and total control by Dr.Louie and staff to get me in and cared for I am very thankful !!! more

Great lifelong dentist experience! 11/3/2011

I've been going to Dr. Louie since I was old enough to have teeth! The staff has always been fantastic, incredibly friendly, and top notch at what they do. Now that I'm older, and despite the fact that I'm no longer on my parents' insurance plan, I still go the dentist every 6 months for a check up. My family will always do business with Dr. Louie. more

My first time in this office, it's very impressive looking. Followed staff after Dr. Murray's office closed. Diane is the best dental hygenist ever! I also liked Dr. Louie and his approach. more

I have been going to Dr. Louie for 10+ years. The staff is friendly & knowledgable. Dr. Louie is gentle & explains what he is doing which really helps a nervous nellie like me! I will continue to refer friends & family to Dr. Louie in the future! more

Complimentary Pens 10/18/2011

I'm always open for change, but I was very disappointed to learn that Dr. Louie's office no longer gives out the complimentary pens to its patients. Receiving the pens was a very pleasant gesture implemented by Dr. Louie. If there's any way your office can reverse this decision to discontinue the pens, I'm sure your patients would be very appreciative. Thank you for your consideration of this matter. more
