Employers and job seekers AVOID this company. The women that run the company are beyond rude and show no interest in helping their clients or those going in seeking employment. As someone that has worked with staffing agencies in the past and has wonderful experiences I can honestly say Loughlin Personnel is the most unprofessional business I have come across. Do not waste your time!!!! more

This company stinks! They will call you in after you apply for a job - you will NEVER interview for the job you applied for and you will not get any other opportunities either. They just take on as many people as they can to fluff their stats and they place very few people. \r I wont lie, there was no rudeness or anything like that but they do nothing for you. It is the smallest recruitment office I have ever seen.\r If you don't believe this, send them your resume and post your results.\r more

I was referred to Loughlin through a close friend. I met with Leigh Ann about a year & a half ago. She has been nothing but helpful with finding me a job. She placed me in a temp position about 6 months ago & it has now turned into a full time position. Through out my temp period she was always checking up and making sure that everything was okay. Any one who asks me if I know of any jobs I always tell them to send Leigh Ann their resumes. She always presented herself in a professional manner. Laura Loughlin and her team were very accomodating and professional with their services. Before I turned to Loughlin Personnel for help, I reached out to a few other local companies. I cannot begin to tell you how rude and inconsiderate those companies were. I was so relieved after meeting with Laura and her setting me up with an immidiate interview!\r \r I am unsure as to why these comments were made, but I can reassure you Loughlin Personnel is one of the best in the area! more

Only a few days after I went to meet them, I received several temp position. I got the job for one of them, which turned into a full time position after only a month. Laura knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to match me to the right employer. Couldn't ask for more. They are a great team and their main goal is to find you the right job. I would definitely recommend them to anybody! more

In response to the comments posted here, I must say that Loughlin Personnel has proven to be a wonderful agency to work with. I walked into their offices about two years ago, without an appointment, and was seen immediately. \r The recruiter was welcoming and friendly, and I was able to sign on right away. In a short time, I had an assignment that was well suited to me, and more were to follow. I enjoyed my assignments; all the companies I went to were professional and pleasant. The recruiter was upfront and honest about the availability of work at all times.\r \r Everyone at Loughlin has always treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy, and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone who is looking for temporary or permanent employment. more

I have been associated with Loughlin Personnel (as an applicant) for 10 years. The agency's ""boutiquish"" atmosphere is comforting and allows the staff to know the needs of their clients and applicants (and to know each on a personal level). Anytime I have called the office someone answers in a jovial way (be it the receptionist or staff). I got two full-time employment opportunities from temp positions that Loughlin placed me at. Currently I am temping part-time and I can say that I have always been placed at an assignment that is a ""perfect fit"" for me. \r \r I have recommended my daughter and niece (who both got assignments) to this agency. I would never refer a family member or anyone for that matter if Loughlin Personnel wasn't an exceptional company staffed with comsummate professionals. more

I used Loughlin Personnel over a year and a half ago when I came home from college. Within a week they had a position lined up for me. This ""verbal and racial abuse"" is absolutely absurd.They were nothing but professional and courteous to me. I would recommend their service to anyone. more

SCAM- DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would have to say this is the most unprofessional staffing agency out there. They call you almost immediately after you submit your resume on online job boards (desperate much?). They claim to have many job openings when in reality they do not. They are just trying to get as many people as possible to sign up with them, since they are a VERY SMALL company (3 people, including the receptionist). As I witnessed when I went there, you hear the receptionist calling dozens of people and leaving the same generic voicemail over and over. What a scam!\r \r The recruiting manager/ ""CEO"" is the most arrogant, unprofessional, narcissistic and RACIST individual I have met. The comments she made are as follows:\r \r ""you look/dress professional but you are not professional""\r \r ""Oh, you know (Language X), you hardly have an accent!""\r \r ""Did you really graduate college?""\r \r ""I can set you up for a phone interview but I doubt they'll give it to you because of your lack of enthusiasm""\r \r This lady has absolutely no idea what she is doing. Her foyer sized office and business has definitely gotten the best of her. She gets upset if you don't do your research on her agency- um, its just an agency not the actual employer!!!\r \r As others have previously posted, there is MAJOR VERBAL AND RACIAL ABUSE as if they were doing you some sort of favor???- They get paid from your job placement not the other way around!\r \r PLEASEEEE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME more

They were great when I signed up and then took forever to find something for me. As soon as I was placed I knew I had made a horrible decision. After a year of racial and verbal abuse at my placement and relentless emails, phone calls, and pleas to get me out of the assignment I took matters into my own hands. It has been extremely difficult for me to locate work and I need money to live, but I had to just leave my placement before I had a nervous breakdown. The recruiters were extremely rude toward me and when I went to pick up my last paycheck they wouldn't even speak with me. I recommend that you go anywhere else when looking for temporary to permanent placements. Loughlin Personnel is only in it for themselves because while they're getting their money they could care less how the situation is working out for you. more

Don't waste your time!!!The recruiters are mean and unprofessional. There are SO many better agencies in Westchester!!! more
