Los Arcos Rocks !!!!!!! 5/8/2009

I have visited both locations and they both rock!!! Atmosphere is great, service is quick and the food is awesome! The last time I went the green chile was hot and spicy - great taste, the way chile should be made. Not that runny stuff that you get at those other places. The margarita was great, I actually got a buzz with just one. Way to go Los Arcos! They actually put liquor in their mix - it's not just sweet n sour. I don't care what others expect but as for me and my family we have found our new mexican restaurant. Keep up the awesome work guys, see you soon. Pros: Best Green Chile & Margaritas!!!! Cons: No cons it's all good. more

I feel At HOME!!!!! 5/8/2009

Well i live in lone tree and by far the best place to enjoy Mexican food. My husband and i come every other week in the morning and Eric a server at Los arcos already knows what were going to order. He alway brings out our drinks before we sit down and like always he brings out our food 2mins after. I really like the fast service and company Eric also teaches my husband and i spanish and just hangs around with us to talk. I really do recommend Los arcos because no matter what everyone is at your service!! Pros: Everyone is very friendly, and the food OMG!! Cons: Only two Locations! more

Overall my experience at Los Arcos in Lone Tree was negative. First the waitress spoke only Spanish to us the whole time...it was very uncomfortable. While she was attentive to our ordering needs, she wouldn't stop the spanish speaking even after we told her that we couldn't understand her. Very annoying.... The food was seriously the worst part....my steak milensa (which is something I usually love) was tough as raw hide and wasn't prepared correctly...the steak was really thick and the breading fell right off the steak. Plus it was super bland...just inedible. My husband's tacos were a joke....the tortillas fell completely apart and the meat was just as tough as my steak. Telling everyone to avoid this place....not worth the cash! One of the worst mexican meals I have ever had. Pros: Waitress attentive but only spoke spanish to us...even when we asked her to stop Cons: Poorly prepared food, bad food quality overall more

You can go to Los Arcos four times a month and order the same thing each time and it will be a new experiance . It can range from ""WoW ! that was great"" to ,""Can I please have some ketchup for my burrito."" Pros: Very clean ,well kept and nice atmosphere. Cons: When it's good it's good and when it's not it's not. more

BEST IN WESTMINSTER & LONE TREE 9/18/2008

My understanding is that its two brothers and their wife's working hard to maintain their parents recipes and Family atmosphere---Their doing a great Job---The food is delicious consistent and I've never experienced such fast prompt service--I've token mostly my whole family and every time I go theirs always someone in the family who makes sure all is well with our service and satisfaction. I know I have options especially in Lone Tree but when you get treated so well you always need to go back to were the service is great, the ambiance is positive and the food hot and fresh. I recommend to all who not only want a great meal but also a great experience for a low buck. Pros: FOOD, SERVICE, FAMILY, MARGARITAS --EVERYTHING IS A PRO Cons: NOTHING--have More Location more

A lot people go here because they eat this food since one year old, like church ,you family take you to church every sunday because you are kid, and you go back every sunday same deal this food are worst never see. chips are seasoned chili no salt ,salsa make tomatoes cans and chile flakes, Margaritas are make with soda fountain, taco bell better Pros: business open 30 year ago same people, same Food, same Margaritas Cons: food taste bad and old, take 45 minutes to seat or more void this place more

We tried the los arcos in lone tree, and it is by far the best mexican we've had since moving to CO. We went about 4pm on a sat afternoon and were seated quickly. Great atmosphere too. We order the queso, which was not great in my opinion but my husband reallt liked it. I ordered the small combo platter and my husband the los arcos platter. Both were very very tasty, presentation could have been better... but when it tastes that good they can stick it on my plate however they like. The chips were fresh and salsa was very good as well. The service was really quick, we had our food about 10min after ordering. Very large portions for the price, my husband even had left overs...which never happens!! We will def be returning.... ummm yuummm. Pros: Everthing, good food, great price, quick service Cons: none that we encontered more

Sounds like a cliche but honestly best Mexican food ever. As far as dog food from a can I think that comment was written from their competition. From my personal experience service is fast, friendly, and the restaurant decor is so clean and authentic like their food?felt like vacation in Mexico especially on Fridays when the Mariachis are live---and Margaritas are never ending--try it you will love it------ Pros: Family owned--great staff/service--food wonderful more

If you dont mind dining early to avoid the crowds or waiting your turn then this is one of the best ,if not the best Mexican Rest. in Colorado. Pros: live music on Friday nights to go with the fantastic food Cons: no reservations more

Great Sopapilla Supreme 6/12/2006

Me and my family visited Los Arcos for the first time after we researched it on city search. We were a little hesitant to go because of the loudness of the mariachi as stated in one of the reviews, but the ratings and reviews overall were very high so we took a chance. We are glad we did! It was very busy because we went on a Friday night. We waited about 20 mins to be seated but were pleasntly surprised that the mariachi was there to entertain while we waited. Though somewhat loud they were very entertaining and enjoyable. After being seated we enjoyed complimentary chips and salsa and enjoyed the best margarita ever! The mango margarita was awesome!! Our experience was delightful due to a great server named Celi, a sparkling clean facility (the restrooms were immaculate), fast service, good food and very reasonable prices. We would definitely recommend Los Arcos to our friends and family. It's a happenin' place! Pros: Thumbs up! Cons: Parking more

Customer service poor; live mariachi's TOO LOUD. 6/9/2006

The food, while not outstanding, is good and the prices are fair. This was a first time visit to this restaurant which is rated fairly high and does a very good business. We had a party of 8, including two grandmothers who are both in their 80's, but the lower limit for reservations is 10 and everyone else is ""first come, first serve"" - understandable. After waiting for 45 minutes we inquired about how long it might be before we could be seated and were told they were clearing a table for us as we spoke. After waiting an additional 20 minutes we inquired again and received the same response. We were seated 10 minutes later and were finally offered water (we had menus) 10 minutes after that. We finally placed our orders 20 minutes after being seated. (Chips and salsa but no water or drinks... great deal huh?) At least two groups of 8 arrived after we submitted our name but were seated before us (yes I count members of other groups). Pros: Food OK and fairly priced Cons: Don't believe "first come, first serve" seating policy. more

A fiesta for your mouth! 3/21/2003

Los Arcos is a great neighborhood mexican restaraunt. The place is quite large and can accomodate a lot of customers. I love the chicken stuffed sopapillas. You get a huge portion and the flavor combinations are excellent. All your traditional favorites are available as well. Order what you like and wash it down with a pitcher of sangria, you won't regret it. Pros: Inexpensive, Good Parking more

This is a restaurant for BIG eaters. BIG people who want A LOT of food. Not the greatest quality food, but it will suffice. A bit of ""Americanized"" mexican food. Pros: good seating, good ambience Cons: boring food, chips and salsa extra more
