Our coach is very educated and has an amazing background in gymnastics. I feel that I would recommend the school to anyone interested in learning a great foundation in gymnastics. more

Check it out! 4/30/2012

This is the best gymnastics school I have ever been to. Everyone was very professional on the phone for starters, we made an evaluation appointment and at the end of the appointment, not only was I pleased with the comfortable my child was with the teacher, she got a GOLD medal when we registered! It was awesome, my daughter still talks about that experience and it has been 3 months! I know the economy is tough right now, but I did my research and this place is the lest expensive of all the professional gymnastics schools in Los Angeles and you get an amazing value for both the instruction and the coaches. The facility is very clean and I am delighted to recommend this place for toddlers, teens and I have even seen adults training there. I HIGLY recommend this place. CHECK IT OUT! more

Stay far far away from this place. Abusive Staff. Horrible, Corrupt Place! I booked a party for my daughter at the LA School of Gymnastics and the manager, Tanya, assured me I could get a full refund if I cancelled 2 weeks ahead of time. I had to cancel and gave them many many weeks notice. Tanya refused to give me my money back and said that they had to submit a request to the accounting dept. I called repeatedly,Tanya hung up on me, refused to take my calls, and had her secretary tell me she was never available. Then I tried to call the Executive Director Allah, and she yelled at me over the phone, hung up on me and was extremely unprofessional. I cannot believe this place is still in business. I was shocked at their outright lies. I agree with one of the other reviewers.... stay far far away from this place. more

Abusive Coaches! 12/7/2011

If you don't mind having your child yelled at and purposefully made to feel inferior, this is the place for you. I didn't want my child to be a competitive gymnast so I wasn't up for the instructor pushing her down to ""help"" her do the splits better. I just wanted her to have some fun in a beginner class while learning gymnastic skills. Seems like that would be what most parents of 5 year old would want. I should have posted this review sooner because I just heard these practices are still taking place and are approved of by the management of the gym. This may be a good fit for some people. The coaches seem to be successful in their own careers. Perhaps if you have dreams of your child making it to the Olympics and you don't mind sacrificing their self-esteem. If you are unhappy for any reason or did not receive what was promised, don't count on getting a refund. more

SCAM - FAKE REVIEWS - BEWARE 12/1/2011

I heard there were fake reviews for this school, and it's unfortunately true. If you look at the reviews, you will see that 8 of the reviews (all 5 star) were left on the same day. If you look at those reviewers' other postings, you will see that they have reviewed several of the same businesses and they are in three of more different states. All within a few months. I know several people that have enrolled their kids here. Almost all of them have had bad experiences. What I've heard has been confirmed on other review sites. I really appreciate what these types of sites can offer and I hate to see them misused. more

Great Summer Camp 7/12/2011

I enrolled my child in their summer camp and she completely loves it. They have a variety of activities which always keeps the kids entertained. My daughter specially loves the swim and gym day on Wednesday when they get to go to the pool. Only thing is I would have loved to be able to take advantage of one of their summer camp deals that they ran through zozi or family finds. more

We love it! 6/23/2011

Both of my daughters have been at the school for four years, and we love it. My oldest daughter is now competing, and we couldn't be happier. The coaches are careful to emphasize health, nutrition, academics, and of course, technique. They allow for homework when necessary, and talk often to the gymnasts about their needs and goals. We tried many other gyms, but none felt so right for our family. more

Amazing place and staff! My son loves his pre-school class it is very structured but allows him to have fun. We've tried other gyms but their programs are just play time. This gym is the perfect fit. Everybody is very helpful! more

My five year old is in love with this place! She has made so many friends and looks forward to it all the time. I strongly reccomend Los Angeles school of Gymnastics. I can tell this is something she really enjoys. She gets exercise and I know she is having fun every time. Great childrens gymnastics school! more

Great school of gymnastics for kids! 6/23/2011

Great school of gymnastics for kids! My daughter has been with LASG for over a year now and is learning a lot with the fantastic coach Yefim. Angie in the front office is sweet and helpful. Unfortunately, some of the back office management can be difficult, but I rarely have to deal with them. I am also not thrilled with the rude valet parking attendant, but I am there for my kid and my kid LOVES the gymnastics classes! We have done gymnastics in other cities and I think LASG is reasonably priced. more

My younger sister took a class here and she seems to love it. As an older brother, it is awesome to see your younger siblings participate in something athletic and stay out of trouble. The facility is spacious and the teachers are really nice and it looks like they definitely know what the are doing. Definitely recommend this place to anybody! more

After hearing so many good things about this gymnastics school from one of my friends i signed up my daughter so she could also take part. Everytime she comes home with a big smile on her face. In the beginning we went together but shortly after i knew she was in good hands so now she goes by herself while i can do other things. more

Great for Kids! 6/21/2011

My daughter attends LA School of Gymnastics and loves it. The teachers and staff are amazing. The staff is always helpfull and make sure that my child is having a great time. The classes are just the right size and they have many to choose from. This is the perfect work out for my child because gymnastics is the basis for most sports, so regardless what my child chooses to do in the future she will be prepared! Very positive place! more

great place 3/23/2011

This is by far the most affordable gymnastics place around. I've been wanting my 4 year old to start some kind of sport but most places require them to be 5. I am a single mother so the fact that these classes are affordable is great! My child attends morning sessions which offer an even bigger discount and the gym is less crowded. more

Amazing Gymnastics Experience 1/26/2008

I had the most amazing experience here at LASG. I took private lessons from Yefim, and let me tell you- it was worth it! I began doing things that I have always wanted to do, and I can't wait to go back.! Pros: Always able to fit me into the schedule more

Best gymnastics classes anywhere 12/10/2007

Im sure their are bigger places, but this center really teaches gymnastics. My older daughter takes cheerleading and my son is on the Boys team. Im taking the tissue circus program. It truly is a one-stop shop for the whole family and it isnt a ""gimmick"" place with fake smiles and poor quality. I couldnt be happier with the programs..dont bother with any other place. THIS IS THE BEST! Pros: Great coaching more
