Stay far far away from this place. Abusive Staff.
Horrible, Corrupt Place!
I booked a party for my daughter at the LA School of Gymnastics and the manager, Tanya, assured me I could get a full refund if I cancelled 2 weeks ahead of time.
I had to cancel and gave them many many weeks notice. Tanya refused to give me my money back
and said that they had to submit a request to the accounting dept.
I called repeatedly,Tanya hung up on me, refused to take my calls, and had her secretary tell me she was never available.
Then I tried to call the Executive Director Allah, and she yelled at me over the phone, hung up on me and was extremely unprofessional. I cannot believe this place
is still in business. I was shocked at their outright lies.
I agree with one of the other reviewers.... stay far far away from this place.
